This is our second visit and I'm sure we will be back again.
The concierge parked our car for us every day so if there were no spaces in the car park - not a problem.
The reception staff were great , very welcoming.
The spa and gym experiences are excellent. ( my only issue is with people putting their towels/ gowns on the sun loungers to 'save' them , meaning that sometimes there's nowhere to sit).
I love the fact that you can wear your gown all day from leaving your room to go to the spa and visiting Waves on the first floor for complimentary lattes, and sitting outside on the terrace.
As it was our wedding anniversary we were presented with some chocolates which was a lovely surprise.
I had a great full body massage from Katy.
As I had forgotten my swimming goggles I was able to borrow some from lost property which was helpful.
My tip...As we're not early risers and like breakfast in bed ( and a bargain!) we bring our own porridge pots!!
Big thanks to everyone at St Davids. You helped to make our 26th anniversary memorable - as you did for our 25th last year too!

AJracer54on 30/08/2017 13:31I have done quite a bit of traveling over the years and have been to 56 different countries in the world. Stayed at some average hotels and some very nice ones. This on I have to say is one of the best I have been to. All the staff were really first class. The location for us was spot on and the food was very good. When we got there on Saturday 26th we were a bit early. Our room was not quite ready which was not a problem to us. We were booked in, our car keys were taken and so was our luggage. Car parked safely in car park. We went and had afternoon tea which we had not booked for and that was really nice. Room ready. Luggage in room. All good and it carried on like that all through our stay. The head waiter was a real nice guy. Very helpful. We has our anniversary evening meal there on Sunday evening. First class. A really great time was had by us. I don't normally go back to the same place as like to see as many places while I can but I would happily go back here. Thanks to one and all for making our stay last weekend so nice.

Raina128on 29/08/2017 21:33Lovely, comfortable room with incredible views. It's always a pleasure to stay here and the staff do an excellent job of being professional, friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel looked after. The only hotel we look forward to coming back to whenever we are visiting Cardiff.

Susan Bon 29/08/2017 08:56Booked a package of Afternoon Tea and a massage at the Spa as my daughter was visiting from Australia afternoon tea was excellent good selection of sandwiches scones were the best I've tasted and the selection of cakes very good rounded off with a glass of prosecco finished it off quite nicely the waiter was very attentive and even offered to box up the cakes we did not eat for us to take home with us sadly did not take his name as would have liked to mention he was excellent. The massage was carried out by a little girl called Steph who was so sweet and again massage was excellent must say the whole experience was lovely and would most certainly do this again when my daughter visits in the future.
