Fantastic Hotel and Butler Service

Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. The hotel is quite new and well kept. What made our stay truly memorable and pleasant was the service, especially the Butler Service.

Since we were traveling with my 2 years old daughter, our Butler made sure my daughter had her food specially steamed and prepared in the morning for breakfast.

Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

My husband and I were treated as very special guests from the moment we arrived. The bellman were outstanding along with all of the other staff. When we were taken to our room, we were thrilled. We had a beautiful suite that was incredibly comfortable. The hotel breakfast buffet was amazing as was the afternoon tea. The concierge was extremely helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Osaka!!

Great place in the heart of Osaka

Though I only stayed one night, I got the taste of this amazing hotel and would go back in a heartbeat! The lobby is upstairs and on the same floor there's a very nice bar with live music and great cocktails. They have balcony seating as well. The rooms are spacious with huge bathrooms and the amenities are just perfect! The staff was very nice and I enjoyed my short stay in this beautiful hotel.

Located at the south end of Shinsaibashi, this hotel exudes class and comfort. However, one is required to take the lift up to the reception area before getting on another separate sets of lifts to access the hotel rooms, which could be quite a bother. Service was excellent as expected of St Regis hotels and my suite at the second top floor commands a 180deg view of Osaka and comes with a personal butler service ie. the hotel will send someone up to the room should I have any enquiries or needs. Strictly non smoking but they do have a mini balcony garden at the reception floor which caters for smokers or one could pop across the road at the ground floor to Family Mart which has an ashtray outside the store for a quick smoke.

Beds are comfortable and suite is ultra clean. So is the toilet (heated seat), the wardrobe, and even the couch. Reception answers calls almost immediately and the employees at the lower ground floor is quick to serve. The concierge even ran out into the rain to get me a taxi.

Lots of eateries within walking distance as it is essentially located in the tourist area on the south side of Osaka. Lots of night life around the area as well but these are nightclubs rather than bars. Yakuza included but well dressed in suits with a hint of tattoos peeking out under their sleeves. 24hr 7-11 store at Shinsaibashi, Starbucks, etc all well within walking distance. Superbly located but pricey.

Great hotel for exploring Osaka

Great hotel with excellent service. Booked using Amex Fine Hotels and was upgraded to a delux room with a great view of the city. The rooms are large and clean and housekeeping does an amazing job with the little things, like providing kids sandals upon seeing that a child was staying in the room. Did not really use the butler service, but did not have a need to. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with some changes to our reservation. Only minor negatives are that there is no pool, and it may not be walking distance to the most popular areas for some. Highly recommended. I will be back.
