Kiran Ron 09/05/2017 17:30Nice rooms with all facilities. Includes breakfast and good service. The staff is very helpful and plus point is they have pickup and drop off facility. I had some health problems and they provided vehicle to visit hospital immediately. Thanks again for the timely help.

Pros: location, pick/drop up to banganga
Cons: food is not up to the mark. They bake only breads, remaining food items are served as normal buffet.

2014Rajeshon 06/12/2016 06:08The IRCTC guest house located on the first floor of the Katra railway station is boon for those travelers who does not want to stay in the main city. As this is located right on the railway station it saves time while taking train back to originating place.
They have different accommodations to suit different budgets. Hence the bonus points are
(1) Location - Bang on the railway station.
(2) Neat and clean place.
(3) Drop and pickup facility free from station to Ban Ganga and back
(4) Free Breakfast (one item + tea or coffee)
(5) one Big Shop to purchase nick nacks or other items for gift purposes.
(6) Overall a very well managed affair
Highly recommended.
