Dirty, out of most drinks rude service

Ordered bought drinks and Fry's...tried to fill our glasses and one machine was out of order and the other was out if the majority of options on a Saturday night! When we brought it to the attention of manager, she was rude. We asked for a refund which was reluctantly given with rude attitude. Went to our table....had to move twice because tables were filthy, walked past several looking for a clean one. I would also point out it was 9:20 in the evening and they had plenty of workers on shift and very few patrons . No excuse.
Great Burgers But the restaurant Needs Some Serious Cleaning Up!
MaryEllenM27on 24/02/2017 06:27We loved our burgers and all the sides that accompanied them. BUT the restaurant has gotten grubby. It needs some deep cleanup. Floors especially and the Bathrooms...ugh. The decor is fun but getting tired and dated.
We have been regulars for years but are now rethinking that.

Judyhwrighton 01/02/2017 21:52We do love the burgers at Fuddruckers, but we really like to support those businesses who support the community. They are great about giving back and in fact, host the annual Thanksgiving for the homeless in their place.
They also make a point of hiring veterans and some with disabilities. we appreciate that.
Their food is fresh and appetizing and a great value for the money.

mtdeaon 20/01/2017 04:30This was sometime ago but never wanted to return to a fudruckers because of the service. I always liked to put the chopped vegies on my burger on a visit to this location i noticed blue things in my burger, it was rubber bands. This had to be what the vegies were strapped in and someone put them in the blender. Staff thought i put it in. Bad service does not do credit to the franchise, will never visit again.
