Hidden Gem Near Denali

We had a party of 5 that enjoyed these darling cabins. We were on a tight schedule and wish we could have stayed longer. Well maintained, clean, tidy and comfortable. All the comforts of home. Extra towels, blankets, coffee. Ditch the local hotels and get out into the real beauty of Alaska. The directions they provded were spot on. You are surrounded by nature and the sun breaking through the trees and mountains was glorious. Would love to return to visit one day.

I never give 5 stars but this place deserves it. The cabins, while small, are clean and well appointed. The owner resides on the property and pride of ownership is obvious. I prefer to trade with local vendors vs large corporations, and Alaskan Spruce Cabins fit that criteria for me. Doug, the owner, is a really cool cat and i enjoyed visiting with him on several occasions. And he is a first class animal owner. Glad i stayed there.
PS, the resident moose made several visits.

The cabin was nice and spacious. The owner was really helpful and got us an extra mattress when we got in. He was also apologetic that he didn't already have it in the cabin even though it was our fault; we didn't notify him we needed a rollaway. He gave us a great dinner recommendation as well. Only downside is that there isn't wifi in the cabins. You have to go to the office to get wifi.

Nice, clean, great view, close to Denali National Park. Full kitchen for preparing meals instead of eatting out every meal. Host very friendly and helpful. Front deck for relaxing while taking in the mountains beautiful splendor.

Nice cabin north of Denali National Park

Very nice cabin tucked in the woods north of Denali National Park. Very comfortable accommodation, very clean. Owner is on site.
If you come to Denali National Park, this is a good choice of one or two nights stay.
There are two queen size beds, so a family of four can sleep comfortably.
We used the kitchen to cook a breakfast, which is very welcomed by the kids, as we were eating sandwiches all day inside the park.
Price is reasonable compared to hotels closer to the park.
