We were recommended this hotel by friends. It was lovely. Very friendly staff very helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Hotel in a quiet location but within easy reach of seafront and restaurants. Would definitely go back
Thats was a great two days holidays in this hotel. Staff is very polite and attentive and helpful in every way.
Breakfast is good. Location is ltl bit far from the sea, but if u like to walk - it is the great choice:)
Hotel is rather small, so not crowded and quiet. Furniture in rooms is very good and modern. Central system of air condition will make your holiday more comfortable.
There was just ltl irritating noise from air condition outside.
Today, I came to Blueberry Boutique Hotel's Spa for a massage. It was incredible. Best massage I have ever had. Koma, the massage therapist is from Thailand. Despite her small figure, she has very strong hands. Changing room, shower, and massage room was very clean and smell nice. The massage music was appropriate and very relaxing. This is the only spa I will come when I am in Fethiye, Turkey for sure. I congratulate Burberry management for hiring right people for the right jobs. Even if you are not staying in this beautiful hotel, I can highly recommend its spa to everyone.
Blueberry Boutique Hotel is open all year and in a walking distance to Çalış and Çalış Beach where you can enjoy the sea and the beach in day time even at night if you want and at nights you can enjoy restaurants,bars & pubs and nightlife. The hotel facilities are amazing altough you are not in a holiday village.It has a nice lobby,open and closed-heated pools,honeymoon suites,gym and conference saloon.The staff is very friendly and the service quality is superb. It is highly recommended if you will be visiting Fethiye.
We have booked 4 nights and prepaid as it was required by the hotel management. When we arrived we were guided to a room which you can even not enter because of the heavy smell of smoking. The bellboy told us that normally all of their rooms are non smoking but some Chinese customers have just left the hotel who has probably smoked in this room. When we told them that there is no way that we can stay in this room, we have been guided to another room on the roof. The room seemed ok, although the bed blanket and towels were not clean, we have asked reception to change them. The real disaster showed it's face during the night when were trying to sleep: this roof room is so hot during the night as it receives all the heat during the day. There is only one small window which you can open, but it is not possible to get the room cooled with the volume of the air that you can receive from that tiny window. We couldn't sleep at all! We went to reception at 03:00 AM and asked them to have another room, since we cannot sleep. We have been told that all rooms are occupied and wait until the morning. Both me and my wife had spent the majority of the night at the lobby. In the morning, we had to leave for an excursion which we booked earlier. We prepared our luggages and informed reception that they can move them to another room. With the expectation that we will have another room when we will get back to hotel, we went to our excursion. When we came back to the hotel in the afternoon, we have been told by receptionist that there are no rooms available and we need to remain in the same room. We have checked from booking.com and found that there are 3 rooms available! When we have showed them to the receptionist, he told us that booking.com shows not correct, they often make such errors! We have informed the guy, that there is no way that we can stay in the same room. We have asked for another hotel and he had suggested for one hotel which was higher in the price (most probably with the expectation that we cannot leave as we need to pay more). We told him that we will take a look to that hotel and will get back to them. We went to other hotel and made a good deal after inspecting their rooms. When we got back to Blueberry, and informed the receptionist that we are leaving, he suddenly said that there is now one room available! He said that they have just received a cancellation! (what a coincidence!!!, a cancellation when we are about to leave!!!). They showed us this new room, and we have rejected as there were no mosquito nets on windows and balcony door. When we informed the receptionist that we are leaving he suddenly said that they cannot give us money back! Money for the 3 nights that we have not stayed in their hotel! We have requested to discuss with the manager, the manager has refused our request!!! Our holiday turned to be a disaster! Later when we have moved to the other hotel, I have searched in the internet and found the owner of the hotel. The owner of Blueberry own another restaurant in Fethiye. So, I have decided to go there and discuss with the owner. When I went to the restaurant, he was not there and I spoke with restaurant manager. I described the situation and he apologized, he promised that we will be paid back. He wanted me to leave a short message for his boss, so that he can call me back. We have written a short note but no one called us back!!! It would highly recommend not to go to Blueberry Boutique Hotel, not even think about it. As the personnel can easily lie to the customers, managers does not take any responsibility and hide even refuse to talk to their customers, owner does not give a sh.t to the customer's complains! DON'T GO to this hotel!!!
