Uncomfortable Mattresses
Craig Mon 10/10/2014 16:29The hotel looks quite rough from the outside but is more appealing on the inside. It is an old building with high ceilings. The hotel rooms are of a good size and are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a fridge, work desk and arm-chair.
Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable as the mattress springs could be felt through the top of the mattress. I checked the mattresses and they appeared to be quite new, so the problem was not due to the mattress being old.
There is private parking available in a rear courtyard that is accessed through a small tunnel.
The free wifi worked well. The breakfasts were very basic and unappealing (e.g. two fried eggs and a hot dog). We had the hotel do some laundry without asking the price first - and got charged a high price!
