Awesome Hospitality
Sunnysideup Son 15/06/2017 06:45Awesome owner Peggy and Manager Marco ! They treat you as friends not just a paying customer. Despite being more than 18,000 km away from home, I never felt being far away from family. The room is cozy and clean, with beautiful view especially in the night when u can see lights from afar. The staff at the restaurant are always pleasant, bringing smile to everyone - it made u feel like u are staying with a happy family !

Kristina Bon 14/06/2017 20:14I stayed at Hotel Torre Dorada while on a group tour and it was fantastic! We had a mutual common room and separate rooms connected to it where we could hang out at night. The service and food was excellent! The staff was so friendly! It can get a little chilly in the rooms at night so be sure and pack warm pajamas. I would stay at this hotel again.
The Best Customer Service
Jeff Ton 08/06/2017 16:32Arrived at 5 am. The got me a room by 7am (no extra charge). The picked me up and dropped me off anywhere in Cusco. Gave me a local cell phone to carry with me to call for rides. Seriously the best customer service.
Also were very personal and contacted me before my stay to alert me of changes with my visit to Machu Picchu.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cusco
wonderlust234on 05/06/2017 23:26I recently spent a few nights here and it was one of the best choices for our time in Cusco. Not only did they pick us up at the airport for free, but helped with so many logistics- car rides into town (only 3 soles, or about $1 per person), booking a day trip, etc. Peggy and Martin were especially helpful. When we went into town at night, they lent us a local mobile phone so we could call them when we were ready to be picked up. The rooms are really clean and the breakfast nicely prepared. All of the other guests were very polite and everyone kept the noise down/non-existent. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great place to stay
on 29/05/2017 22:52I booked this location after reading the reviews here. It was a good decision for us. If you want to be at the Plaza, look elsewhere. We were away from the noise and it was about a 30 minute walk to the plaza giving plenty of opportunity to explore. They have a car and driver to take you wherever. We even paid to have him take us for a day trip out to the sacred valley. The staff is excellent and attended our every need. We also met the owner who is a worldly lady having lived in multiple countries and speaks several languages. I highly recommend.
