Good hotel

Tidy room and pool. A bit noisy from other guests.
onsite parking
Walking distance to all major attractions. The bus stops are a min walk from the hotel.
If my memory serves me right, the red bus stops at the hotel.

There is an option for breakfast for a few bucks but we did not opt for this.
There is a very good buffet ALL MACS BUFFET at a 1min walking distance.

The room we had was at the 3rd floor corner. hence the wifi was not really good.
We had to come out of the room for wifi but luckily they had comfy chairs just outside rooms.
No elevators

Like
1. Major attractions (the Falls) were walking distance - 30mins
2. Lots of eateries around
3. Jacuzzi is decent size to fit two
4. Great wifi
5. The towel animal that greeted us

Dislike
1. The rooms are really outdated and old.  Even if it's clean, you don't feel it because of how old the room is.
2. Jacuzzi jet did not function properly
3. Room had fireplace, but couldn't turn on.

Kings Inn...very fitting name...😊

On a few days return trip to Niagara, we called in off the street...booked in and stay 2 nights..they couldn't help us enough, staff were great, even went the extra mile to make sure mail was posted (my friend had a broken foot at the time)..room was very clean, cool and comfortable! Even used the adjoining pool into the evening, knowing we were safe...(I'd think twice in some places)
Could see the Niagara Falls fireworks from room door..bus service VERY close...
Fish n chips right in front too...would certainly recommend anyone stays...

Thanks again Kings Inn on our 7th visit. Everything was perfect and clean and we loved the rooms on the 3rd floor. My best friend from England was extremely happy with her room as we were. See you again next summer

Great Budget Hotel with everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were delayed. The room was big and spacious. Whilst it wasn't up to date it was fit for purpose. The basic room was clean and comfortable. Also only 15 mins from the Falls or catch the We-Go bus outside the hotel to the main attractions for 7.50 and 4.50 Canadian dollars (adult and child) for a 24 hour pass.
