Great place to stay with family
Mathura Ron 10/08/2017 23:11My family of four recently stayed at TownePlace Keystone, our two boys totally enjoyed the two week stay here. The staff go out of their way to help get your needs fulfilled especially if you have kids staying with you. This place is centrally located and convenient for shopping and dining. Raquel, Precious and Renee were wonderful to us and since we were new to the city provided great local tips. Will definitely go back here whenever i have to spend time at Keystone.
Great hotel
Robert Don 31/07/2017 13:43Recently stayed here for work. What a great hotel and wonderful staff. Great hotel for an extended stay or just an overnighter. Rooms have full kitchens, large refrigerator, and even a dishwasher. Would definitely stay again
Worst "Marriott" Ever
Jason Bon 29/07/2017 22:50I concur with the review that couldn't understand how the rating of this place is so high? Poor job cleaning the room, no extra pillows, smells, embarrassing pool and breakfast area...I could go on and on....I typically trust Marriotts, but this place is horrible. Stay at the Hyatt.

It's an extended stay type place so they rent rooms to companies like At&T where every employee has a big commercial truck that takes up the parking. Pets everywhere. Everyone hangs out in the parking lot drinking beer. It feels like a temporary shelter for people displaced by a natural disaster.
Parking is a nightmare here!!! The layout puts you at dead ends, where you then have to back up a few hundred yards when the spots are full (which is always!) You end up having to park in a dark corner not near any entrance. This is like an apartment complex with several units, not one large building.
The pool is right in the parking lot lol. Not exactly the best ambiance.
The location is pretty good if you need to be in Keystone. And the little shop in the lobby area is handy.
But really, I can't wait to get out of this place!!!!
Quite work stay
jerry pon 21/06/2017 21:26This property is in a great location,plenty of restaurant and store,as well as nite life.clean rooms and property,nice pool,great breakfast in the morning,thank you Lizzie and Sara. Renee at the front desk checked me in and showed me where everything was.ALlen at the front desk in the evening was alway there to help or answer where any place I was looking for.i will be back again to stay at this property.
