Excellent service
Christian Jon 01/06/2017 22:39Stayed a little over 3 weeks at this hotel. The staff from management to housekeeping to maintenance, and front desk are so friendly! They are full of local knowledge and are quick with a recommendations for food and play. I've stayed over 1,000 nights at Marriott properties and this is one of the most friendly and helpful.
This property is very well kept up, you can tell the employees enjoy their work.
When I'm in Roswell you'll know where to find me.

5SRanchon 31/05/2017 18:32The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with pull out sofa bed. Dishwasher, stove top, full size fridge, sinks. The little hotel store was expensive. Breakfast was the same the 2 mornings we were there. But it was good enough for us. Fried eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, breads, fruit, juice, milk, coffee & yogurt. The outdoor pool was heated and clean. $509 for 2 nights is a bit pricey, but for a suite with 2 separate bedrooms, it was worth it. Our request for extra pillows was honored but the wake up call was almost an hour late. Luckily we woke up to our alarms. I was staying there for surgery in town. If I'd relied on the wake up call, I'd not have made it to the surgery center on time! Don't count on the snack offering in the evening. The night we arrived it was a tray of crushed granola and a Pepsi machine. We didn't bother checking the next night. Check in & check out was easy. Would stay there again. Elevator worked fine, room was quiet and ac worked very well.
Great location and comfort in an extended stay hotel

Location: close to many restaurants and a short drive to the UFO museum
Rooms: I stayed in a king size bed smaller suite. The bed was comfy. The tv was a little small. The desk, kitchen area, couch area were all a nice touch. Bathroom sink area was small with minimal counter space. The bathroom was a good size overall.
Breakfast: Needs more options and more attention. Coffee is ok. The oatmeal was often runny. Waffle machines are good. However, where is the fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries for some waffles? They did have little packets of Nutella on hand some days. 2 hot items usually eggs and some type of sausage. A variety of cereal is offered.
The fountain pop machine is left on all the time for guests. The pool area and workout areas are small but ok. The snacks for the guests are a nice touch. Popcorn machine is sometimes in use and available for guests. The patio area with a grill is awesome.
I would stay here again. This is the best hotel in Roswell.

I was here for business and we rented their conference room for 2 weeks. they were most helpful from the set up to making sure we got our packages delivered to us. the breakfast every morning was redundant times 10 (sausage and a fried pepper egg) but it was good non the less.
overall it was very clean and well laid out.

Foggy666on 08/05/2017 02:12The faculty and its amenities are top notch. Internet TV. NETFIX. Two burner cooktop. Full size refrigerator. Dishwasher and disposal. Outside is full grill setup.
Breakfast is always good.
However, what makes TownePlace Suites the best is the staff. Everyone one I have come in contact with in my multiple stays ( from one to 3 weeks) duration has been superb.
