Wonderful Hospitality, location, and great food
antshrikeon 28/05/2017 15:59Owners and staff are very friendly and efficient. Helped us book a day trip on Lake Komani ("Grand Canyon of Europe"). Location near town center and close to museums, shops, castle, etc. From outside appears noisy but inside courtyard, restaurant, and especially rooms are reasonably quiet (but busy when occupied). Room very clean and comfortable with great hot showers. Gratis breakfast was outstanding (fresh strawberries on top of range of foods). We had two dinners there that were excellent. Quite a value!

garlecon 18/05/2017 06:26Pretty noisy environment with dogs barking, TVs blaring in open windows across the alley and a funky power system that kept tripping our breaker. Lovely bed, very clean, pleasant place with good service from staff. Not 5 star but historic and very nice

In particular one member of staff, I believe he was called Andrea, was a great help to our group when we were let down by a tour operator. He went over and above what we expected and was a credit to the hotel.
I'd definitely return!

Very clean and well organized.
Wifi seemed to be spotty in the room.

Area seems safe.
