Gerd Son 30/05/2017 11:24Good atmosphere all over the hotel. Excelent service.When specia support resp. help was asked for all employees were extremely helpful. Rooms to feel well: The pool ( insde - outside ) is super and was not busy at all.

BerlinerMadelon 01/05/2016 19:44Seldom do you stay in a large hotel and find such a nice atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the guests great each other whenever passing.
The breakfast has to be one of the best I have ever had. The quality and choice is overwhelming and attention to detail is great.
The house is well kept and daily little newsletters of the weather, events are a great bonus. The garden is outstanding and well maintained.
The Spa is a real delight to relax and nightswimming in the pool under the stars just the best!
See for yourself and visit. You will be delighted!
In search of another era
4Berlin14057on 22/02/2015 13:35This hotel has many comforts but music from the ice-rink next-door was loud and intrusive. It plays until 9 pm - so forget about relaxing after the long journey with the sound of sea waves crashing. Rooms to the seaside, the most expensive, are marred by the ice-rink music. The worst was on Sunday morning, the machines to smooth the ice started up at 7 am and were so loud we couldn't sleep, even with the windows open. Spa area and pool were nice but a bit crowded.

nota1timetravelleron 23/08/2014 18:44Stayed here with friends for 3 nights. The rooms were good, spacious but to have a sea view we would have had to pay an other 75€!! There was a desert in a glass as a welcome treat of us in the room, we did not eat it - not sure how long it was sitting there. Beds were good.
Dinner was expensive , very small portions and overpriced. In the dining room it seamed like being in a seniors citizens home, there was only one family with a baby. We did make reservations in their very good restaurant 2 months in advance but was given a table at 6:30 p.m. which we tried to change to a later time (7:30 or 8 pm) but that was not possible. Then we tried to change it to the next day and in the time when we asked our friends and came back to confirm the answer was, SORRy there is no more space available the table has been taken. THIS I think is not good policy!!! The breakfast buffet is good, nice cheeses and fresh fruit. The service ist extremely friendly and polite. The plumb cake was excellent!!!
I don't like seeing hotel guest walking around the hotel in a bath robe but I guess this is popular in Germany.
