What People are saying

Average hotel. Good location. Cheaper than most

NorthernMonkey777on 26/06/2017 20:45

Chose this hotel as was cheapest available in central Belfast. Good location, close to good pubs and restaurants. Shower in room was poor, not much pressure and broken temperature control. Given price compared to others didn't expect the best quality hence the average rating.

Badly in need of an Update!

My room 511 needs a redecoration. New bathroom door only painted on one side and the painted side was undercoat not gloss! Staff were very friendly and did their best. The best way to descirbe the hotel is tired.

Great Location

Great location & easy to find. Clean rooms and toilets. Staff friendly and helpful when enquiring where to eat & drink.
The Crown with its history, beautiful stained glass windows and 'friend making' booths and Robinsons for a good meal are both just a walk around the corner.

Avoid Staying here at all costs

This must be one of the worst hotels to stay in Belfast. The room was so small, no room to move around. There is no air conditioning. The window latch was broken so a nightmare to try to get some air into the room. The mattress protector did not fit the bed. The beds are so narrow. The carpet stained. The bathroom door was a piece of plywood that was all dirty stains and had never been painted. The bathroom panel was broken and you couldn't move in the bathroom plus it had no lock. It was impossible to sleep as the room was so hot so definitely the worst nights sleep.
