First solo get away in 14 years
655stacymon 23/08/2017 02:56The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The was clean and comfy. It was the first time in 14 years I had alone time and they made it well worth it. Thank you!
Never Again
S8989RRelizabethhon 23/08/2017 00:17I was told the room would have 2 queen size beds. They were doubles and the mattresses should have been replaced. We asked twice to have a cot brought up and it never happened. No elevator to the 2nd floor - my Mom is 82 and uses a walker. Didn't know that either. The desk person said he would take her bags up - it never happened. The "continental breakfast" was "kids" cereal and a muffin. No hair dryer in the bathroom - I was told people steal them. I won't be staying with you again!

The only complaints I have was that I reserved two rooms together for my husband and I and another one for some friends.They put us on different floors and told us we couldn't have rooms together. The rooms were smaller than we like because there was too much furniture in them for the space.The breakfast was ok. Not a lot to choose from. The price of the room was good.
Not worth it

N1283WWcarolfon 12/08/2017 23:42We left a pair of shoes, went back and said we didn't leave them. Decided to stay in town a couple of more days. Didn't trust them after this so changed hotels.
