This hotel is older. It has been up kept well. We were on a room on the freeway side. We heard no road noise in side our room. The room was clean and had extra blankets and towels in the room. W We will stay here again. The free breakfast was great in the restaurant.

Beware of the lady that checks you in and I don't know her name (she worked the evening of June 24, 2017) but she was very rude and had a bad attitude. Other than her everyone else that worked there were very friendly and helpful. Nice size pool and hot tub and very clean. Also the restaurant was really good and prices were very good too! We wanted to go to the coast that weekend but everyone and everything was booked up. So since we wanted to get away from home we drove an hour and decided to stay in Halsey, OR at Travel Lodge and explore around that area. It is a truck stop but you wouldn't know that it is so quiet and so spread out you don't even know your at truck stop. It was a nice little get away for a very reasonable prices all around!

Needs update

The room we stayed in had stains on the floor, I'm assuming from previous pet guests. Shower had a tile missing and pressure was inadequate. The a/c was not sufficient for the heatwave. However, it was inexpensive, quiet, and convenient. The property itself seems well taken care of, and the diner food was good.

The stay was nice, the room had a old smell but the room was clean. I asked for a extra bed was brought to my room within hour. The only problem I had my refrigerator went out and spoiled all the good we purchased. Did not know it without until traveling back from Portland at midnight. A signed parking was nice and not far from University of Oregon. I would stay again.
