Maintenance Needed

The unit showed signs of neglect. The pot light on the main switch was dangling from the ceiling by its cord. The bathroom functioned reasonably but the attempts to seal the tub were sloppy and incomplete. The cap was missing from the drain in the tub. I would prefer a tv with a timed turn off. If it was available on the unit, it was not easy to find
Needs a reno - very dingy

I booked this hotel for the convenience of the garth brooks concert. It was the only hotel left with vacancy. It wasn't worth the 100US I paid for the night but it was a place to sleep for the night. Needs work but I didn't stay there for the amenities lol. Front desk lady was nice. Our room was located right near the stairway so we heard everything!! The room was clean enough but like clothes stickers stuck to the wall near the mirror, stain on the lamp shade and drink splashed up in it. Carpet was gross and the shower was either hot or cold .
Cheep but ok

Room was super cold when we got there and it took a little bit to warm up. The bathroom light was turned on with the fan and was a heat lamp not a light. But it was great for a 1 night sleepover and had lots of restaurants and emenaties around it
Never again

I was happy with the price of this place, but I have many complaints. The area is industrial so I'm assuming they get not so savory business a lot of the time, which isn't surprising when you see the rooms. We were given the wrong room to start with and then given a $17 charge when we didn't want the smoking room. The room upon entering smelled very funky. There were huge spots on the walls from covering up whatever had happened in the room at some point but they never bothered to paint the walls back to the color of the room. The beds were pure springs it felt like and we sunk in the bed causing quite the back pain in the morning. The furniture was beat up and old, the fabric on the chair looked so gross. We didn't take our socks off, we basically struggled to even stay there and we wouldn't have but the city was sold out due to the concert in town.
I rarely leave scathing reviews but this place was awful. The front desk staff clearly didn't care about their jobs and we were disappointed as well as disgusted. Hopefully people will read this review and steer clear.
Where to begin..

We booked one night for a concert that was going on in the area, we really only needed a place to crash for a few hours before we were heading home the next morning. So I figured it couldn't be as bad as some reviews and I normally take reviews with a grain of salt, cause sometimes people just have bad experiences. Man was I wrong.
We got placed in a smoking room (which we aren't smokers so we had to deal with the smell the entire time). Outside all the doors showed no smoking so I'm not quite sure how its allowed in the room. That was jus the beginning... the rooms are run down, cracked tiles in the bathroom, the ceiling in the shower was bubbled and looked like it had been leaking, and then the carpet. Oh my goodness!
We didn't use the shower it looked like something was waiting to fall on you from the ceiling. The bed covers had burn holes and burn marks all over. The furniture was so severely stained we didn't dare sit on them. Then came the carpet, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 20 years, we wore our shoes at all times. The whole place just had a dirty sleezy vibe.
We got back from our concert around midnight, our rideshare driver told us to make sure we go straight to our room and lock the door cause the area was so bad. That's exactly what we did, it didn't even take an hour and all you could hear was people outside screaming at each other. This continued until we couldn't take it anymore, and checked out around 6am.
I would never stay at this hotel again, it needs a major remodel, and some sort of security that patrols the area at night to keep the druggies away.
