Quiet yet in the eye of the storm

This place is 4 minutes walk from the speedboat drop off point. Right on the beach it has a great vantage point. They also have major diving activity happening there so the pool is primarily for the divers.

While the room itself was large and it also had a private cosy sit-out place outside the room as well. The room had a fridge, a TV with 10 odd channels, toiletries, shower with low pressure.

The rooms are nestled behind the reception and despite being right on the beach and despite being in the madness that is Gili-T, they felt quiet and secluded.

The staff was courteous and helped me with a charging adaptor that would fit inside their plugs as well. (had the same issue through out Bali as my charger was a little too fat (not the pins)).

The breakfast spread was decent too, its a shame we were there only for one night.

I very like about the room at resort..clean & quiet especially luxury room..we staying for 4D3N for last 2weeks ago..ok i let's talk about dive center..very professional bussiness, good service to multi divers, experiance divemaster, etc. everthing is good..Every dive site has its advantages and disadvantages..every dive site produces an experience even though it has been visited .. so you get to it as a new experience and feel..

Definitely coming back!

Came here to do a refresher as I hadn't dived in a while. Rowan was knowledgeable, helpful and talked us through everything. I did 2 fun dives the next day with Matthus and Yoga, both of who were excellent as well. Equipment was in great condition and the dive sites were well worth it. Definitely going to come back.

My girlfriend Lucy did an open water course with Ash who she said was an awesome teacher and spent time making sure they were completely ready to go in the water before they did. She loved it as well and is considering doing her advanced here in the near future!

Trawangan Dive was excellent

We stayed at Trawangan Dive for four nights and dived 7 times with them. The equipment (bcd's and wetsuits for us) was great, and they had a lot of gear for all shapes and sizes. We are very small so xs bcd's and suits are necessary. The divemasters were fun and really knowledgeable but still safe and attentive. We had a lot if fun diving with them. Then, one man helped us book dives in Komodo with their other company (Blue Marlin Dive shop). Blue Marlin wasn't planning to do a dragon trip on either day we were there and he talked them into it. We were really grateful. The man at reception then helped me safely wrap a piece of art that had been damaged on the ferry crossing. He was so helpful and happy to assist. I really appreciated staying in a place where people went out of their way to be helpful and they all seemed happy to be working there. I would go back in a heartbeat! Ha ha-on one dive, some sharks were way deep in a cave so the divemaster took my camera and reached into the cave and took a pic for me. 😊

I went to Gili T as a solo traveler, which also was the first time I would go diving "alone" without friends. After a bad dive experience a year ago I was quite nervous about this. But already in the reception of the dive shop I could feel how experienced the staff was and how important the safety of their guests was to them. I had four dives while I was there, with many different instructors, I felt safe every time and they were all great and incredibly friendly. Breakfast was a bit neutral, but I would definitely book this place again.
