What People are saying

Great location! But that's about it.

Beth Fon 24/07/2017 09:04

This place is so tired & lacking in services & comfort. The rooms are clean (other then the carpets needing a shampoo). If you call the front desk you get an answering machine, if you need ice, there's one machine up front (better get your bucket from your room - no bags). But, great location.

Like a Home Away From Home

Karen Hon 01/05/2017 04:52

I had a lot of choices when it came to planning my solo adventure to Park City Utah to travel just after Christmas of 2016. I knew I wanted to go Nordic skiing, but I also did not want to rent a car or get stuck with a lot of expensive fees for activities I might not enjoy. I always have more fun getting around on public transport or on foot and taking new adventures in baby steps. By choosing the Treasure Mountain Inn, at the top of the hill in Park City and convenient to all the great eateries and bars, the location could not be beat. As far as amenities go, I was ready to move in as a resident long-term after the first 30 minutes. The views were incredible, the accommodation (studio apartment, basically) was immaculate, and the hot tub was big and perfectly located. I was a short walk from the bus station and easily traveled to the ski park where the Nordic track was laid out. I had affordable private lessons from a very kind and experienced ski instructor. I had a wonderful trip, with SO many helpful folks to make me welcome: The hotel staff (even late at night); my ski instructor at the Nordic Track; all the bartenders, sushi chefs, bus drivers, everyone I met helped me make my vacay memorable. I felt totally safe and secure no matter how late I was out in town.

Spring Break in Unit #4 !

LHudson16on 20/03/2017 02:12

Spent 5 nights here this past week over spring break. Absolutely loved unit #4. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the bus to park city mountain or deer valley, and to go shop and eat on Main Street. I spoke with the front desk staff to mention how great my room was and they explained each room is owned individually and not all are so well updated or appointed, so hence a lot of mixed reviews. unit 4 had a comfy king bed (though sheets and towels could be softer) updated granite and stainless in kitchen, full size fridge, plates, glassware, updated bathroom, and my favorite - hooks and a bench in the hallway. Apparently a lot of owners are doing this to open up the space leading to bed and bath. It was great. Living space we'll decorated and two huge TVs in the unit that we really didn't use. Hot tub was great, wish it opened earlier than 4 pm. Wifi could also use an upgrade. I was also told that it is best to book thru them direct, which I did, and that if you want to reserve a specific room you can, with a slight upcharge. Overall I really enjoyed my stay but do think a lot was luck getting this unit.

Right on Main Street

Susan Fon 01/03/2017 18:54

This hotel is at the top of Main Street, so it's easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. They provide a free shuttle to the Park City and Deer Valley Ski resorts in the morning. (The free main street shuttle doesn't start until 10am). The front staff was very accommodating.
The large hot tub is great after a day of skiing! I stayed in a studio which had a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates and cups. The only down side was studios are in building 2 which has no elevator, and I was on the 3rd floor, so lugging a suitcase up was tiring.(If you have a car, there is a street entrance there, which makes it easier).

Overall Pleasant Stay, Friendly Staff (Owner needs some customer service lessons though)

Jingacaton 21/02/2017 04:33

My family stayed at the TMI last week and overall I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room, the location was awesome, the beds were super comfy and towels were plush and very white. The housekeeping staff were very nice and the room always looked great after a day of skiing. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I did witness the whole fiasco that another guest (Aric G. ) experienced. I was sitting in the lobby and could hear the owner basically kick out a family that had been waiting to check into their room. The guest was somewhat Irate about having to check in late but in my opinion not too over the top to be kicked out of the hotel. That really left a bad impression and tainted the experience of my stay. Otherwise it was an overall pleasant experience.
