Vijayasarathy Son 27/08/2017 01:00Worst ever room and pathetic experience. Never we would book this Hotel again in our lifetime. Better improve or close down the hotel. Treebo name is getting definitely spoilt when they have such unnecessary subsidy

SUPER SLOW AND UNSTABLE WIFI - worst wifi service ever.
ARROGANT STAFF.
I stayed here for a Month And I had to call the reception every time I need to use wifi.
NO WHITE LIGHTS OR READING LIGHTS IN THE ROOM.
some of the rooms don't event have windows so no natural light.
LIMITED TV CHANNEL and local tv service.
Only one water bottle complementary per day.
VERY IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF. It took three calls and four days to do the simple laundry of jeans and t shirts, and even after that I received wet cloths with bad smell. No actions even after complaining.
BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTARY and have lot of options, but other than that food quality is average. Not recommended to order food in room. Instead you can get it delivered from swiggy or box8 much better and cheaper.
CLEANING services are good. Everyday cleans the room nice and neat.
Most when u call for something they ll say yes but they ll never do it in one call. I had to call again and again.
NOTE FOR HOTEL: please understand the customer's needs, and come with better staff and services. And one last thing. When you say you do ll do it don't wait for us the call again and again.

Terrible staff and policy
maurya_alka07on 01/08/2017 04:56I have booked Mahogani suit at Treebo Castle. Initially , AC was not cooling and after complaining at reception they sent a machanic who instead of fixing gave me fan and said would not change the room. When I complaint to call center , mqnager called me saying he had switched on the cooling with no apology . When my friend visited to me they said they would charge for double occupancy as they do not allow guest visit. Next day when I asked for water bottle they said it would be charged as they give 1 bottle per day.
Worst food and unfriendly staff. It was one of the worst saty ever I had.

Smriti Bon 31/07/2017 13:36Good staff, I stayed here in two of my office trips. Good breakfast spread however it's a pure veg restaurant. Rooms are clean and with sufficient space. charges are bit high compared to the age of the property.
