iconicmumbaion 22/08/2017 18:40Good place for quite family holiday and for business traveler. Near to Bangalore Palace and Vidhana Soudha. Good for cleanliness and service but no car parking and food availability only during breakfast.
Fantastic rooms, but poor customer service during check in
priyanthron 12/08/2017 02:57The rooms are really well maintained. But were 3 adults and we wanted an extra bed which was promised at the time of booking. I spoke to people from central call center. But to our shock, the receptionist denied allowing extra person and we were asked to call the call center and upgrade to the premium room, this whole thing took about half an hour. other than this, everything else was just perfect
A good hotel that could be better
Clémentine Mon 10/08/2017 10:50We stayed two nights in Treebo Orchard Suites. We were a group of 4 with two young children. We had booked a simple double room (Oak) and a Mahagony (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a living cum dining room, a kitchen and a balcony). The KITCHEN isn't very well furnished. There is a fridge, a microwave and a kettle, but very few utensils to cook (no knife, no peeler, no pan etc.). So apart form chaï and eventually noodles, you can't cook your own food. You had booked a with the idea that we would cook, especially for the children, but it proved a bit complicated. Moreover, the restaurant opens only in the morning, from 7 am to 10 am and in the night from 7 pm to 10 pm, so in between if you need something, you have to manage by yourself. We arrived in the afternoon by the Shatabdi from Mysore and we thought that once arrived at the hotel, we could order some snacks and chaï, but that wasn't the case and as it is situated in a residential areas there aren't many restaurants around...
The CLEANLINESS of the rooms is ok, without being impressive. Overall, it needs a bit of refurbishing.
The SERVICE is fine, but the management could be better. My mother had a Swiss passport and being a French resident she gave an address in France. They made all a fuss about it, not understanding how it was possible, insisting on her giving her "Swiss address" and the matter could only be resolved after she gave an old address non valid since 2005. That had not been an issue in any of the other hotels we checked in during our trip.
During our stay, they shifted from an open network to a protected one and after that the INTERNET CONNECTION was awful.
To end with a positive point: The food was simple, but very tasty.

Good clean place with all the basics. Good service and staff and decent budget place for a few nights. room comes with breakfast which is basic but sufficient. Dinner is to order - good stuff and generous servings very decently priced.
No complaints and recommended for families and business for a short stay.

Things to improve , lighting in the room can me better and not much of eating options outside in a walkable distance
Will certainly visit again
