Poorly Managed Hotel
Lavi_United_Stateson 18/07/2017 09:53I stayed for about 10 days at this hotel while I had a family member undergo surgery at the KIMS Hospital Kondapur. The main reason I chose this hotel is because it was located in a quiet, residential neighborhood - away from the main streets and traffic. That was the only plus point for this hotel.
For the price that this hotel charges for its hotel rooms, the amenities and services that are provided are very poor and not on par with the charges.
The LED lighting in this hotel both in the lobby and rooms is very depressing. It casts a dull, depressive ambience throughout the hotel.
The morning breakfast has very small and limited options and is managed by just two people who wash the dishes and manage the dining area. Some days, I skipped breakfast because they ran out of food.
I take at least a couple of showers each day. The hotel provides only one towel per room. That towel is run down and rough on the skin. When I asked for a second towel, it was provided but with some amount of reluctance. During my stay, I had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel. Management needs to do an inventory of the towels, and replace overused, rough towels with some new ones.
The bathrooms are cleaned every other day, if you want them cleaned every day, you have to request it.
They don't cook any food at this hotel, room service is provided through food that is brought from a restaurant outside. One night I ordered dinner through room service. An hour later, when it did not arrive, and I called, they had forgotten to place my order. I just eat some chocolate bars I had, I was fed up and didn't want the dinner order to be placed again.
There are two lifts - and they don't always work. So you might have to use the staircase.
Overall, when you look at what they charge for rooms in this hotel, the price they charge really does not match the amenities and service that they provide in this hotel.
It is a very poorly managed hotel.

nives525on 03/07/2017 07:39My friend and I stayed there for about 20 days. The overall experience was very good. The people at the reception were helpful and provided us required appliances as and when required. Will definitely recommend to others.
Excellent hotel to stay
nandini114on 30/06/2017 06:01I really love to stay in this hotel. Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean and good with reasonable price. Overall stay is good I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I stayed in this hotel two times. For sure I will visit again with my family. 😍😘😘
Poor experience
milind324on 30/06/2017 02:55Poorly managed, breakfast was horrible, by no means close to treebo standard, poor lighting in rooms inadiquet staff,will not visit again nor i will recommend it , thankfully i had a very short stay, hope this comments helps someone,.
Exactly same as promised
596guptapon 29/06/2017 06:12Rooms are awesome, cleaned, good room service. Well maintained washroom. Food is so good. Breakfast included and It is very tasty. I stayed in maple room and it was really worth every penny and is a value for money.
