Friendly, efficient, multi-lingual, bargain

Very handy short walk to HB from the TGV station, only a couple blocks. Multi-lingual staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the lobby level was perfectly nice. For cyclists, they'll put your ride in a locked ground-floor storage room. Set expectations appropriately and you'll get the full 2-star classification. Avignon is a walkable, safe and beautiful village.

Solid Hotel with Great Location

The location was great, right off one of the main drags right through town and within walking distance of the Pope’s Palace and other tourist destinations. The room was decent and clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – they definitely wanted us to have a nice time in Avignon, eat at the best restaurants, and see the best sights!

It was another stay at Boquier after 15 months, under its new management. Its new owner, Frederick, had just taken over the hotel, and he was just as welcoming and helpful as his predecessors.

The property itself hadn't changed since last year. Same minimal amenity, bright Provençal interior, and GREAT location. No elevator.

We hope to be back to this gem I Avignon!

We stayed here before starting our cycle trip , the hosts were very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything . Their is no lift but that wasn't a problem as we could carry our bags and they helped us too. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed , no coffee or tea in the room . The breakfast was lovely , pastries , breads , cheese etc the hotel is very close to the shops and restaurants and the train station . We enjoyed our stay here , in total we had 3 nights . Thank you

It was good value - near the station, nice but small rooms, good breakfasts and Frédéric was very helpful.
The beds are a bit small but otherwise they wouldn't fir in the rooms..
Perfect for a couple of nights.
