Pathetic!
lata mon 04/08/2017 12:14The hotel was a unpleasant experience! The service is appalling, and the employees are rude and reluctant to do what is asked. The layout of the rooms are badly structured, and the AC's were loud and leaking. The bathrooms are also very small and uncomfortable to be in. The blankets looked nice, but felt like plastic, and didn't provide warmth and comfort. However the view from the rooftop was at its best. The price mentioned online is misleading and they overcharge across the counter. Also, the hotel does mention free internet, but the internet never even works.. It's seems like the hotel concentrates more on aesthetics than the overall customer experience.

It is in a good location, front office can be more cheerful, service is ok.
They have good limited parking space, which is inside the hotel itself, I like that idea :)

mogitguptaon 08/06/2017 07:34stayed here for 2 days, the view from the view point and the balcony during sun rise and sun set is amazing.. the room service is so so.. best for a short stay . there is no breakfast offered along with the room
Wonderful scenic beauty

We reached hotel around 11.00 pm in night, when we got up next morning we heard the sound of sea. Out of curiosity, I went to the balcony and what I saw was the amazing .... wondrous scenic beauty of sea with glimpse of Vivekananda and Thiruvallur Memorials, the Light House and heavenly sun rising.
The hotel is simply amazing. Services are very good. The locations is awesome!!!!
Worst dealings
Nabeel Non 23/04/2017 18:37Lot of cheap but good facility hotels available. Firstly there was no parking space. You need to keep your cars 2 kms away from hotel and also its Sure your car will get scratches in that 2 km away area as they are so rough in parking other cars. Rooms were so bad and there is power cut twice in an hour. The receptionist 2 ladies are very culture less and know only tamil. Dont ever eat from trisea restaurant also. Waste of money and poor garbage food.
