asha318on 05/06/2017 17:07I arranged a lunch at the Trident for my granddad's 89th birthday. It was a great day, the venue is beautiful, the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The food was very good too! All in all it was wonderful day and I shall look forward to visiting again in the future :)

It combines excellent food and world class hospitality with an amazing location. I thought I had already experienced the best hotels/vacations, but I realized that I didn't, until I arrived at Trident. Totally amazing in every way. We didn't venture off the property not even once, to go site seeing. No need to. The atmosphere, the villas, the private beach with the most amazing lifeguards, the cuisine, the private cinema, the breath taking view and hospitality was simply outstanding. Trident should be a model for what a great hotel should be. Unbelievable......

Kt2modoon 15/05/2017 13:42As the title states "immaculate"...on our arrival we were greeted by a front desk agent, Donhilia who was very professional and hospitable from start to finish. We were very impressed with how well everything on the property was kept.. from the little landscaping details to the white walls.. the helipad.. the gym.. the bar.. the public area bathrooms..the infinity pool..everything felt so pure and clean... the room comes with a posh mini bar area, soaker bath, shower stall.. outside shower stall..a mini pool overlooking the beautiful ocean.. and is tastefully decorated with a modern chic feel and unique.. the views are just breath taking.... the food and the service was excellent.. Jodi-Ann at the front desk was warm and accomodative as well.. Well trained staff and unique product... Loved it.

dmruffinon 11/05/2017 20:30Basked in the Tropical Paradise at The Trident Hotel! From the second you walk in the lobby, you are treated with the most amazing impeccable service ever. The staff and management(Lij and Dwight) goes out there way to make you feel like one in a million!. All the staffs are friendly, professional, and readily available to assist you with anything. The private villas are spacious and beautifully decorated along with your own plunge pool overlooking the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The chef creates amazing food and the bartender can whip up anything you would like to drink. The experience at the Trident is second to none, one of a kind and unique that you cannot find anywhere. Beyond the ordinary to extraordinary journey of a lifetime. Love this property and cannot wait to soon come back!

tooblessed7on 03/05/2017 17:43I experienced the most amazing customer service from the driver picking me up, to check-in, to housekeeping to the amazing food , the wedding planner, reservations manager and the driver taking me back to Kingston. Your staff is amazing. The villas are spacious and the outdoor tub was just what I needed. The rooms are modern and spacious. The location in Port Antonio is the REAL JAMAICA. i had the opportunity to experience the bamboo river rafting and have never been so relaxed in my entire life and the food prepared for lunch on the river bank was the best ever. The chef at the Trident prepared the most amazing meals and the bread pudding and chop chop salad were the best. I also had the opportunity to visit the castle. What a location for the perfect fairytale destination wedding. Dwight Powell and staff you have an amazing property and I cannot wait to share with my clients and fellow travel agents. Keep doing what you are doing! Thanks so much for everything.
