My partner & I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious, clean & comfortable! I cant speak highly enough about this place. The staff are so lovely & helpful. Any problems were fixed straight away with a smile. The location is fantastic with great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in has a large lounge room (2 couches), balcony & descent size kitchen & table to eat at. The only downside would be the hot plate for cooking are perhaps old & you can't really cook anything on it. The internet is good, though network wasn't great in our room, but maintenance brought in a modem for our room to fix the problem! The bed is comfortable & bathroom is ok! For us, this place is absolutely 5 stars and ticks all the boxes...friendly staff, comfortable & spacious room & great location! ✔️✔️✔️

Great location and good value for money

We stayed there only for a night. The apartment was located at the heart of the city. It was well equipped and the staff were quick and prompt to respond to our needs. We felt some of the furniture was rather rusty and there were signs of overuse, but for the price we paid, I wouldn't complain much. Overall a decent stay.

Rude staff and bad service experience

Had booked for parents. They arrived from the railway station early in the morning. Made to wait at the reception for 30 minutes. The person at the desk had gone for a shower it seems!! No sense of urgency to come back. Feels my parents that check in is at noon. We agree to pay additional. Then informs we need to definitively vacate at noon on check out day. Extremely rude to people who are 70+ years old.

Was good since years ago. Service now deteriorating.

Superb location, Excellent Service

TSA is located bang on 100 ft. road, Indiranagar, which is one of the premium shopping/nightlife centres in Bengaluru. Finding the place was quite simple considering its location.

Check- in : I had booked through an online portal for 3 nights. We were 2 adults, 2 seniors and 2 children. I had booked a 2 bedroom apt. We were checked in within 5 minutes by a courteous and efficient receptionist.

Rooms : The apt was clean and waiting for us upon check-in. There was a large sitting room, an adequately equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms. The master bedroom had an attached bath and a balcony. The second bath was a common one.
The linen was all fresh and neat and we started to feel at home in a very short while. The bathrooms were stocked with basic toiletries and towels. Some of the fittings in the bathroom needed fixing but were handled almost immediately. The sitting room had a sofa-cum-bed which my children immediately called dibs. Except for a mild stain on the sofa, the apt was immaculate.

Service/Food : Breakfast was offered complimentary. There was moderate choices of south-Indian and continental fare which were quite delicious. We never considered going anywhere else for Breakfast. The room-service menu, however, needed some more choice. The service was exemplary. Turn-down was done everday and quite well. Staff were always friendly and eager to help.

Check-out : Again handled in under 10 minutes. There were no hidden costs/added charges other than specified during booking. One of the smoothest check-outs i have had.

Points to be mentioned :
1. Response time of service was exemplary. At no instance did we have to wait for more than a few minutes when assistance was asked for.
2. Maintenance team were on the dot. When we checked in, one flush was not functioning and the cable was not working on all 3 TVs. These were sorted within 15 minutes of informing front desk.
3. Personalised service was a pleasant surprise. My Father-in-law is 70 and would not accompany the rest of us during our daily outings. Upon request, they provided him with timely meals and tea in the room.
4. We had to unexpectedly extend our stay by 1 day(not night). When I approached the manager with my predicament, he immediately offered us the same apt at a discounted price.
5. After check-out, we were having trouble getting a cab to reach our bus(it was May 1st) and again the manager came forward and arranged for a cab for us within 20 minutes ( I had been trying to get a cab by any means for the last 2 hours)
6. The Location is fantastic with a lot of shopping options and Restaurants/Pubs/Lounges. All our evenings were spent on 100ft road.

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tristar Apts and will definitely not be looking anywhere else during our next visit to Bengaluru. My heartfelt thanks to the management and staff for making this trip as comfortable as possible.

Very good service apartment

The place is centrally located. Very nice rooms. We got bumped up to a studio apartment free of charge, and it came with its own garden. The service is quite good, and the staff, courteous and friendly. The breakfast served is simple but filling. They serve different types of bread, jam, corn flakes, two types of juice, one south indian breakfast item (idli, dosa, etc.) and coffee/tea.

Overall, a very nice place to stay when in Bangalore.
