Staff are super friendly and helpful.. rooms are big, clean and well equipped. Room Cleaning is not that good but overall it is a great place to stay.
So bad experience
toofiasalon 11/04/2017 15:55I booked online for 1 adult and 2 children, they give me a super small room with a queen bed. I asked How my kids will sleep!!?? , after long arrogant they add a very bad baby cot in the small room we couldn't walk. And next day they ask for 20£ . Very bad experience
This is not the hotel to stay in summers
svats05on 20/06/2016 03:35The air conditioning of the room was pathetic and I spent a sleepless first night . The air condition was in effective , opening the window helped but the traffic noise was deafening and dud not allow me to sleep . The hotel staff kept asking me to wait for 15 mins to get the air con effective , which didn't help at all .
To my surprise on Friday there was no breakfast available to choose , the hotel said not enough to guests to lay out breakfast .they could make me eggs of my choice , pathetic experience

Sonia Ton 16/03/2016 19:48It is not a luxurious property, but is downtown and quite pleasant to stay in. Free Wi-Fi (works well), decent food, free bottled water and all very affordable. There is a safe and coffee and tea making facilities. Largish room and bathroom. Really does the job. Just aching to redo their deco though....Ladies: shop a bit further up the street where you can buy toiletries etc. Quite a few TV channels available!

Dadbehon 20/01/2016 11:55My friend and I were staying 3 night.The staff were polite but didnt speak english well.we were at first floor.our room was roomy,clean and cosy.breakfast was good.The location is very good,at main Street,10 min walk to taksim square and transportation access.
