I stayed in this Hotel for a week , so any inquiry I would be glad to answer . Supposedly it's a four star hotel but actually you can consider it a three star , but the fact that there is a few good hotels in Ceuta , you can consider it one of the best . Rooms are good compared to other hotels in that city but could be cleaner in my opinion talking about a four star hotel . Bathrooms are good , staff is friendly and the location is excellent. If I ever have to go back to Ceuta I will definitely stay in it .

I and my group stayed for two nights at this hotel recently and found it most satisfactory. As space is of a premium in this tiny territory , the Hotel had no spa , pool or gym. However a gigantic facility exists close by and is used by all.
The rooms were large and clean and came with safes. There were good sized bathrooms. A modern Café Bar was situated in the lobby and the prices fair. The Hotel is moments away from the Central Square and all the associated shops and business.
The Taxi rank is outside and taxis were plentiful ( Should you want to visit the higher areas or the Land Frontier ).
The staff were very friendly and informative.
All in all we were pleased with the choice made.

The best thing about the hotel is his location, in the center of puerto banus
5min walk to the beach
Close to the shopping center and shops
The rooms are poor, be careful room doors are not secured you have to check
The breakfast is good
Wifi is good
There is pool but not enough chairs
I recommend this hotel for shopping trip out summer season

This was our second stay at this hotel.
We checked in and the first room they gave us wasn't cleaned. Ex: bed sheets rumpled from the last guests, trash and rubbish in the room and on the floor. So they gave us another room two doors down.
First room was a single double bed for my wife and I. Second room only had 2 single beds.
Manager informed me that they didn't have any other available rooms with double beds and other than walking us to our second room with an apology about their communication between the cleaning and front desk staff didn't offer us any upgrade or compensation for being mistakenly assigned to a messy room the first time.
Could hear our noisy neighbors and in the middle of the night someone was smoking because my wife and I awoke with the smoke smell coming through the vents or something...
In my opinion, a little over priced and over rated hotel. I'd give it a three star. We might come back again or possibly check out Hotel Ulises with the slightly higher price.

Hotel Tryp was a wonderful stay. Great room, functioning AC, nice bathtubs, and friendly service. Its lift and lobby are also nice. In terms of Ceuta, it's at the extreme end of the main drag, allowing you to easily access the streets without dealing with the noises of it.
Good view of the Gran Via from the rooms. Wish it had a winter fitness / pool option though!
We got it at sale rate, and was good then, but not sure how it would be at rack rate!
