The Hotel was one of the best one to get relaxed. We received an upgraded rooms as per Itenary. The hotel is quite near to port Blair airport. Only Inconvenience was they shifted us to their another property on returning to their hotel after the visit of Havelock. Just because of the maintenance that was going on. Breakfast was packed when travelling to Havelock early morning at 5.30. The service was well and good. But, dinner was quite irritated due to the time consumed.

Stayed at this property for one night on 9th August 2017 for business travel. Welcome at reception was excellent. Situations changes after you check in. They gave a decorated deluxe room without any window, that means if by chance AC stops working you will be at trouble. After requesting to reception, they gave a very small room with window (room no 201) and said it's also deluxe room it's same price. Though room was clean but so small that, two people can't move. AC was malfunctioning since day time and AC vent was not facing bed. Situation worsen when AC stops working at midnight. As good jesture we have not disturbed the staffs at mid night and called them at 6am in morning. Two people cross check and said AC mechanic will come at 10 am. At 10.30 in morning AC mechanic came and repaired AC, by that time we prepared for check out. While paying bill I raise the issue at reception , they smartly said you could've informed us at midnight , we would've change the room. After waiting for 1 hr 10.40 to 11.45, (they released 2 check in process but couldn't settle my check out ) they offer 5% discount on my food bill of RS.3100/- ( which would be approx.Rs.150/-) as compensation of my harassment. I denied to accept that and paid in full more than Rs.7000/- for one night stay. Feedback for the hotel :

1. They have very smart staffs who will behave very nicely but will not help you when things are wrong from their end.

2. Most of the rooms are without window , so you will be at trouble in Power off / ac malfunctions.

3. Food price are too expensive as compare to other big hotels.

4. Receptionist and Management are pathetic to help the customer, more on making profit.

I generally stays at Hotel Sinclairs bay view or Sarovar with similar price and much more better facilities almost every month for my business travel.
Will Recommend all viewers to stay at any other good branded hotel in port Blair but never select this kind of unprofessional hotels.

We are in group of 12 people & all had great stay at TSG Emerald in Port Blair & TSG Blue Resorts (Radha Nagar Beach) at Havelock. In totality excellent Stay, best Hospitality with great n good quality food.

We had a great stay at TSG Emerald. Best example for hospitality firm. Staff was well courteous and always ready to greet. Restaurant food was fabulous and had great taste. we love to be come again. Kudos to TSG team.

I have stayed in TSG Emerald View hotel from 27th to 30th July came as business cum sight seeing trip.Good and decent hotel , well maintained.During my stay I have really relaxed and enjoyed with clean room, excellent food like I am feeling in my home , very good hospitality for instance one day I waken up late then the restaurant staff called my room and asked politely " sir why you didn't come for the breakfast today it is nearly closing, and if you need any bread sandwich or toasted we would send it to your room sir" which I never ever seen past any other hotels. They provided car with driver for one day sight seeing. GOOD hotel with excellent hospitality.I sincerely thank all the staff of the hotel for their honesty and Politeness.
