Bedrooms are old but kept clean. The TV provided in room, with pay per view service is more a PC monitor, probably 17" than a TV. For some reasons breakfast is served only untli 8 am but the manager is very friendly and helpful.

my teammates and i went to tsukuba and lived here last whole week. although it's a small and old hotel, yet everyone here is kind and considerate with fully smile. because the room inside is clean and neat, i can have deep sleep every night. actually i don't think the room's insulation is that bad. the breakfast and dinner are also delicious. the public place in the 1st floor make me relax everyday. and so do my teammates.

the only one thing that we don't feel comfortable is no free WiFi in the room (although there's LAN in the room and you can get it from the front desk for free).there's only free WiFi in the public place in the 1st floor.

to sum up, it will be nice experience if you have limited budget like us. great c/p ratio. if possible, i'll choose it again next time.
