The get away place

Tired of the city, want a few days away from it all. This is the place.
Beautiful Gulf of Mexico views off the patios and through the windows.
Pelicans diving for food and fishermen casting their nets. Lovely beach and kayaks, beach volleyball, along with a huge pool overlooking the gulf. Fabulous breakfast and service and the shrimp kabobs are delicious for dinner.
We go here to just relax. Room is lovely with small bath. Patio marvelous. Refrigerator was great to store a few snacks and a bottle of wine. Service could not have been nicer and the room was so clean.

We would gladly stay here much longer

This hotel is situated right by the beach of Mexican Gulf some 45 minutes drive to the south from Campeche. State road is going right behind the resorts area, there can be some disturbance in rooms during the night. The hotel is built on the grounds of a former Hacienda, there are two buildings, one of them facing the sea, rooms here have balconies or terraces with sea view, and another standing inland with a side- view to the sea. Reception and restaurant are in the middle, by the pool with sun beds and parasols. There are two sandy beaches by the hotel, one of them to the right is bigger and another one to the south is small but very picturesque. Sun- beds, hammocks and kayaks on the bigger beach, fine sand bottom and calm waters. Breakfast is usually included, good variety of choices, the lunch is served in the mid-day and buffet or a-la-carte dinner. There is a small tourist shop in the reception, water bottle and beach towels are served in the room. No shops or shopping near this hotel.
We visited this hotel during our round group-trip in Mexico, and stayed just one day. That was a pity as this place is really relaxing and we would gladly stay here much longer.

Stayed one night as part of a tour. Good welcome from the staff and waved off at the door on departure.
Evening meal pleasant plain chicken with vegetables. Breakfast excellent and cooked to order.
Fabulous view from the room with balcony. Own beach.
Long way from anywhere. Poor internet and phone reception in the room. No water in the toilet cistern on arrival.

Wonderfull isolation

We all came here for lunch on an astoundingly beutiful day,the staff were warm and friendly,Hotel situated mid highway with little around it except from the stunning frontage and pool. Food decent and well priced,it would have been nice if we could have stayed over night but was not to be...next time perhaps.

We live in Merida and have decided to make this our new weekend getaway location. We love it here. We have an excellent room with an amazing view of the ocean. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant while not gourmet serves very good food with very little wait. The nicest thing about this place is the peace and quiet. There is no loud music blasting like some resorts and no drunk obnoxious guests. This is the perfect place for us.
