****DO NOT USE IF YOUR A FAMILY****

After booking this hotel on booking.com for me and my family, we were looking forward to a mini break away. We had a long day traveling and got to the hotel To check in. To be told that we didn’t have a bed for our daughter which we paid for. So I questioned to why? Front of house couldn’t answer so I asked for the manager too which she said it’s booking.com fault and we need to speak to them. We can stay but we need to share a double bed between 3 of us. So I said okey but I’m not paying full price because it’s not what I paid for. To which she started shouting and telling us to leave and get out her hotel at 9:30pm at night in London. Too which as u can imagine we was very shocked!! That she was kicking my partner, our 2 year old daughter and me on the streets at night. Then she refused to give us a refund. Too which I said we need that back. She kept walking off and wouldn’t talk to us apart from saying that we need to talk to booking.com. She is so rude and doesn’t no how to deal with customer service at all.
I have never had such bad customer service to where someone would kicked a family on the streets!

Poor poor service

Had a brief stay in this handily located hotel. Found the room to be small with a bathroom smelling of sewage. The desk staff were without doubt the rudest and most disrespectful iv encountered in a hotel in 30 years. Use this hotel at your peril.

Excellent Hotel Close To Paddington London

Having worked in London for many years I need a bed for the night to attend a social function, over the years I've stayed in some really dodgy hotels so for the money I was not expecting much.

How far wrong could I have been, I had booked a cabin room ok they are not big but clean towel and toiletries the bed really comfy bed clean sheets plenty of storage and proper cloths hangers. There is a hotel guide in the room including 12 pages of info about the local area & contact points for every major transport service to and from London.

The shared bathrooms ok not that spacious but clean with plenty of hot running water and simple to operate you know hot & cold taps mix to suit to you.

Breakfast cereals - juice - cooked English - toast and an amazing bowl of fresh fruit and I was told if I wanted more please just ask.

The general decor of the hotel was outstanding no ripped carpets no flaky paint and with my job an eye to detail is required. Front reception 24/7

The hotel staff all friendly and happy apparently this hotel has been owned by the same family since 1989 Nothing was too much trouble.

The only downside to my visit was, I wish I had found this place years ago, next time I visit I'm taking my slippers that's how relaxed this hotel made me feel.

Dirty & smelly rooms, small room size, rude staff, noisy rooms

Vasilis V on 06/11/2017 09:13

I was in London for business and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The first day I was given a room where the flush was not working and the whole room was stinking like seawage tank. So, I asked them to change a room as I could not bear the smell.

I was given a second room pretty fast. The heater of the second room never worked and when I complained, the receptionist and the hotel owner came in my room and confirmed that it was not working. I was given instead a portable heater, which worked for 5 minutes and never then broke down again. It was very cold as it was winter. When I informed the receptions about the broken down heater, she was arrogant and rude that I cannot manage to work it out. They even wanted to changed me a room for a third time.

Its family-run hotel, but the family lacks proper manners and are extremely rude without a sense of hospitality.

The breakfast is served from 7-9, while in a normal hotel till 10, which is extremely not helpful and serving.

I would strongly discourage anyone from staying there.

Convenient, clean and cozy

Three of us in a small room, with a small bathroom, but for the price and location it was perfect. The front desk people and owners were charming, breakfast was good. The decor was festive and fun. Great restaurants and simple shopping all around. Walking distance to Paddington, Hyde Park and more! Easy transfer to Heathrow, and the front desk were very helpful in acquiring transportation and information.
