Both my daughter Lisa & her career Linda keep returning to see The Tugay & family & they can not fault the hospitality of everyone. Though my daughter Lisa is confined to a wheelchair both Lisa & Linda have always been made welcome by both the owners & staff must also mention the other Hotel holiday makers who have taken Lisa to their hearts.We know how you feel she as held our heart since the day she was born 37 years ago. BIG THANK YOU to everyone & we WILL SEE YOU AGAIN in 2018.

Disappointing

After reading other people's reviews I thought that I must have stayed in a different hotel!! I am very disappointed as I've stayed at the Tugay before and our room wasn't very clean then The cleaners don't seem to use cleaning products as our room never smelt clean I went to our room just after it had been cleaned and didn't have that Clean smell the management need to go and check what the cleaners are doing! Although the beds have clean sheets every other day and fresh towels daily. the hotel is run by friendly family and it's lovely seeing them having their breakfast with the guests who return regularly. This hotel is not for you if you are a non smoker as guests smoke in their rooms on the balconies and when you are eating your food

We returned to Turkey, and stayed for the third time at Tugay. As soon as we arrived we felt like we had come home! Armed with our paperwork (we had spoken to Ilkay previously) we set off to Fethiye to book our wedding. Without Ilkays help, and assisting with translating it would have been a lot harder ! We arranged everything for the 1st of October. We then arranged to be married on Ilkays friends boat and spent the night there, in a beautiful cove, after being married at sunset. Before we set off we had a reception at the hotel which had all been arranged by Ilkay - (food by layla! Thank you layla!) He arranged everything down to our wedding cake, transport to the boat and a photographer. We could not of done it without Ilkay and Cigdem and can honestly say it could not have been a more wonderful wonderful day! The whole day was spent with wonderful friends old and new (you know who you are) and we cannot thank Ilkay and our 'Turkish family' enough!. We will be returning again next year to celebrate our 1st Anniversary - and can't wait!!!! 🌞

A friendly relaxing and quiet hotel

Been for a week 3rd October and could not have asked for a better place to have a relaxing holiday. Nothing too much trouble for the staff and all the guests are friendly. We were so sad to leave but will definitely return next year. Ilkay, the owner even gave us a leaving present of 2 home grown avocados. Can't wait to return

Fantastic Hotel,fantastic owner great staff,close to all facilities and beech.

My daughter Lisa as been to this Hotel 4 times in 10 years she goes with career who as been their over 30 times in 10 years though my daughter is confined to a wheelchair they both have a fantastic time and this is down to the hospitality and assistance they receive from the Tugay family and staff.
All the best from Linda and Lisa and we will both see you in June 2017. XXXX
