Had a great stay here. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. They responded instantly to all our requests

The only thing that I found lacking was that most of the channels on the TV are Arabic.

Centrally located, nice large rooms and full of all the amenities that you will need for self catering or walk out for a choice of restaurants. Shame I've stayed here only for one night, would definitely return. The check in girl was very friendly and professional and the room was spotless.
Later I walked to nearby choice of several restaurants and coffee shops.
Breakfast was simple yet plenty with choice of hot and cold dishes. The pool looked inviting too but I didn't have time to use it. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Small Piece of Comfort Amidst Busy City

At first, I wasn't very impressed with the hotel appearance.

When we arrived, the lobby felt too crowded and unwelcoming. Good thing we didn't have to wait that long because they checked us in so swiftly.

Location wise, it is very close to a metro station,burjuman mall, banks and groceries.

Parking space though narrow it is very sufficient.

The rooms are exactly how they appear on the website in terms of size ans interior. But I can't help but to notice the stains and dusts on the walls and floor. I had to ask myself if the markings on the floor were traces of mop or design of the tiles.

The utensils, I felt like I had to wash them with hot water before using. Quite filthy. :(

These are the small details that they fail to look into. And I had to notice all of it because we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights.

The shower room is quite suffocating but it is fine.

Considering the price we paid, this is OK but I'm less likely to stay here again.

Hotel is neat and clean, staff are good and check in was fast. Studio Room size is large, but when we reached there was no towels in bath room and TV was not working. Later Towels were provided and TV started working after 4 hours. They are not providing news papers. Morning buffet break fast has varieties and taste is Ok. Other than that we don't get any thing from the coffee shop which closes at 8.00pm. Forced to go out for dinner every night. Room internet speed is dead slow and most of the times won't connect. No need to waste our time in waiting for lift, as 3 lifts are working always.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days in march and i have go say the 1 bedroom is excellent choice if you have kids. Big living room, kitchen and 2 washrooms. The sofa can be converted to a bed if needed. The bed is quite big and comfortable. Totally impressed with the place for the price. Had free underground parking too. Didn't take breakfast so don't know how it was .

Negatives:During my check in the reception was too crowded with a group who were waiting for their bus and there was lot of chaos .

The receptionist ( a nice guy) was helping me out with my check in and he got a
Call saying a room in 4th floor was ready for me. All fine and good and i went to the room to get the shock of my life when i opened the door. There was already someone in the room
And i had walked straight into someone else room. Luckily the inmates were busy and hadn't noticed me and and i rushed out , straight to the reception. The guy apologized for the goof up and gave me another room.

I would have got into trouble in case i had walked into someone's privacy. I will make double sure next time i walk into a room in any hotel due this experience
