Amazing Views, Far from main Town

This place has amazing views and it has lot of activities and facilities. However, the major flaw in this hotel is its location. It is very far from the main city and thus you miss out on roaming on the mall road after dinner.
The is staff is very polite and professional. Five star for that.
Food is nice and they customize as per your needs which is also awesome.
Room could have been better considering the amount charged per night and could have been maintained better as well.

Tulip Inn is one of my most trusted hotel chains. I've never faced any difficulties in services or hospitality. High value for money as always and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and offer great view. I would highly recommend them!

This hotel was arranged by our package tour operator, Room was generally neat and clean and the location is good & can have beautiful view of the valley. We had breakfast and dinner in this hotel and it was satisfactory

This hotel is very far away from the main road, and the road to this hotel is too dangerous. The staff was very unprofessional and was not trained. the rooms were stinking and the worst part was i could hear what people (staying in room beside mine) were talking. The breakfast was good though. The washrooms were filthy. The Manager was very rude and don't know how to treat customers. The room tariff is very high, but the services are below than the expectations. Staying in this hotel was a total waste of money for me.

Worst, Hopeless and Filthy Hotel I have ever seen

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days ( 21st Mar to 23 Mar'17) when we were on Kesari Tour of Nainital Mussoorie and Jim Corbett. I would like to share only 1 incidence out of many which is the height of all. After sightseeing at Mussoorie, we came back to our room at Hotel Tulip Inn Green & Breeze Room No. 211.
I wanted to have some water so picked up the jar. I found it light in weight so I realized that Hotel guys did not bother to refill it when they cleaned the room. To my good luck, I just opened it and was horrified looking into it. There was a 1 cm thick layer of dirt in it. I immediately took the photographs and called Kesari Tour Manager Mr. Kishor Sonavane and Mr. Vaibhav Mangela. They were also stunned to see this and immediately went to talk to Hotel. Is this the kind of Hotel Kesari chooses for their Guests???

We all were drinking the same water since last night. We felt the different taste but we never thought of opening the jar and check as we never seen such a pathetic hotel in my life. Lodges / Dharamshalas must be better than this type of hotel.
No hot water in bathroom. Water was so chilled that we had to skip taking bath. Room service, Housekeeping was pathetic , irresponsible and hopeless.
Electrical points were not working. Throughout our stay there, we could not watch TV as we wanted to charge our mobiles. We had to explain and stop our children watching TV when they are on holiday. Isn’t it ridiculous?
Lot many complaints. God bless people who go to this hotel.
