Great hotel
sophiiannabon 28/02/2017 07:40The hotel was quaint but modern and more than I would have expected for a 3 star. The only complaint I would have is that dinner was served very early although it was very good! The spa was also great although slightly overpriced.
Wonderful resort for young families, excellent hotel
John Ron 15/02/2016 13:37We came here with our small children many years running. The resort is charming, the pistes are a bit limited but ideal for young children. The hotel is very comfortable, especially the modernised corner rooms, the food very good indeed. I also came to the hotel 40 years ago, when the rooms were not modernised, but the welcome and overall comfort could not be faulted.
Excellent spa, bit overpriced
Patrick Kon 11/01/2016 08:12My wife and me wanted to relax and booked the spa here on christmas eve as the other spa was booked already. We were the first people to try it out they said as it was brand new. The price was a bit over the top (200sfr), as it was loaded on to a card that we then could use for any of the items in the spa (sauna/jacuzzi/sunbed etc etc) and we still had about 120 left when we were finished after 3 hours...
Anyway, nice private spa, just the two of us.
Would be fun with a bunch of friends, beers and music :D
Gave them a few suggestions to improve on:
simplify the card system
give wifi access at the spa (for streaming music)
drinks/food options

SuziRecklesson 03/10/2015 20:53Location is nice. Parking is super close. There are a few features in the sauna area that seem like after design add-ins. The service was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The views from the balcony were great. It wasn't five star in Zermatt, but pretty close.

Olga Lon 21/09/2014 12:46We stayed at the Turm Grachenhof Hotel on the 19th and 20th of September as part of the Swiss Epic. We were initially booked into a standard room but a friend had booked two superior room so we were upgraded. The owner Jacqualine was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our waitress was lovely. We had a memorable stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
