Jennette2016on 10/04/2017 04:18Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, and everything was available for us to use in the kitchen and they were very nice pots, pans, dishes etc The grounds are beautiful and there is swimming pool available but didn't use as beach is so close by.
Stayed for a week during which time no one came to clean the apartment even though service was available. Repairs needed on many things such as hit water tap in master suite, closet doors unable to be closed in two of the rooms. TV in master bedroom did not work, removed for repair and did not return for all the time we were there and one of the other tvs broke down on the third night. Location good as near to everything and view from balcony and living room spectacular at night. Met two great people who work there: Peter and Janet who found us a place to stay for the night when we could not access our apartment. If repairs are done, I would recommend it .

Thunderfan54on 02/04/2017 15:41Really, nice little apartment, building and grounds are old but they were constantly working on them while we were there. This particular apartment is spotless and nicely furnished. Other building tenants were nice and polite. We will be back.
Maid from Hell
MazadaViewon 19/03/2017 23:22We rented 27A for Feburary 2017. The lady we rented from was the maid. Her name was Stephanie Campbell. This lady tried to get more money from us after we made the rental deal. She harassed and bullied us on numerous occasions. We had to report her to the management. Miss Clarke in the office spoke to Campbell and finally had to ban her from our Condo. Miss Campbell has no idea what customer service means. We would like to thank Miss Clarke and Daniel who assisted us and spoke to Campbell. Our advice would be to remove Miss Campbell from working at Turtle Beach Towers.
Great location
Lana Won 19/01/2017 02:31Great location near the city. A 3 minute walk. Condo we stayed in was clean but you can tell that the complex is old as the plumbing fixtures need upgrading. No washer and dry in Condo. There is a facility in tower 3 that you pay someone to wash and dry for $900 Jamaican dollars.
A total disappointment.
betty713999pon 28/12/2016 03:28First of all I had to clean the place of all the dust, luckily I brought Clorox wipes. Clothes were left in a drawer, the few pieces of eating utensils were dirty and had to be washed as well as those drawers. We were on the 10th fl with no phone, and when locks were being installed on the doors to enter and exit the bldg that's when I was told that I had to get the key from the condo owner. How would I know the owner? Next day the cleaning person gave me a key. I cannot recommend this property because of my experience.
