Tuscan ridge is an execellent community, very peaceful yet still easy access to shops, parks etc. The villa we stayed in was on Barbera drive and my goodness what an amazing villa it was! So clean, spacious, every little detail thought of. Even down to pool inflatables and Tupperware boxes for lunches in the parks!

Not far away is a large Walgreen's and a few take away places. And close to champions gate where there is big publix

Lovely community can't wait to go back!!

We had a fabulous stay here at Tuscan ridge (by the looks we stayed in the same villa as Townsend below!)
We too booked a package through jetsave and loved the villa, community and location. My only advice to the owners/management company would be to upgrade the patio furniture cushions-bit shabby, that's the only gripe I had-the villa on the whole was fantastic!
The location is great, with lots on offer nearby for shopping and eating, all within 5min drive and the parks not far away at all.
We would definitely recommend this villa community and would love to return to this very same villa in the future!

Lovely Villa!!

Stayed here for two weeks through a package holiday booked through Jetsave. We stayed in lovely 4 bedroomed villa which was perfect for us.

There was a dining room, kitchen eating area, front room, back room, 4 bedrooms 2 with bathrooms and a further bathroom between the other two rooms. There was a laundry room and a games room which had a pool table, air hockey and play station. There was also a Tv and dvd player.

We had a big pool area outside with a lovely pool and jacuzzi and there were sun loungers. There was also a BBQ and tables and chairs outside. Although we were at the parks most days we did have one day were we had a lazy day by the pool and had a bbq.

Our pool was also heated which was great if we fancied a dip in the evening when the sun had gone down.

The villa was perfect for our two weeks and in an ideal location. 15-20 mins to Disney parks and 20-30 mins to Universal and Seaworld parks.

The estate is on a dual carriageway on the 4 which isnt far from the the 192. There are lots of choices of restaurants and shops on both including Pulblix, Walmart, Applebees, Sizzlers etc.

Overall a lovely villa and an amazing holiday!!

Great Base for a happy holiday

Booked this house as a package through Jetsave in the Uk. Was in a lovely quiet area and had all the amenities you could want from a holiday home. About 15-20 mins drive to Disney Parks and about 25-30 minutes to Universal etc.
You collect a keybox code from an agent and then your front door key is in a box in your porch. A good way of dealing with things especially as our flight was delayed five hours.
Only disappointment was our pool in particular as it was rather too enclosed and felt like being in an aviary. The mesh screening and opaque back wall made it feel very closed in. We didnt use it so don't let it put you off and I guess all the homes are different. We went to waterparks so not a problem.
The house itself was very clean and the master and enormous ensuite was really lovely. Kitchen fully equip and we used everything like washing machine and dishwasher daily. Welcome pack came free and had a lot of provisions in it.
Free Wifi which was invaluable for the planning of the days out and routes etc plus keeping the teens happy.
Best feature was the pool table and air hockey in the games room. Brilliant for any spare time and the teens loved it.

We used a few local facilities like Abblebys restaurant and the Publix, Walmart and Target. All a short driving distance but nothing can be done on foot really as the estate is along the side of a dual carriageway.
We had a takeout delivered from the chinese located at nearby championsgate also a local Indian. The indian was really good the chinese not so much but both delivered hot and not too pricey.
We struggled with the food as everywhere wasn't great quality but if you can find an Olive Garden restaurant we would recommend. You get unlimited salad to your table and garlic bread and the meals were very nice...no burgers or fries in sight.
You cant seem to book anywhere though so a lot of restaurants have a long wait time.
We would stay at the Tuscan Ridge homes again and I would recommend to anyone. If you want to know anything else then feel free to message me on here.

Lovely quiet location

Just spent 2 weeks in a villa in this community. This is a quiet location close to all the parks. We stayed in a 4 bed villa booked through homeaway.com. The villa was spacious with all that you need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The pool and spa were ideal for relaxing after a long tiring day at the parks. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Would recommend staying here.
