Great place to stay in Orlando

We spent a few days with our family and enjoyed the facilities. The staff is super friendly and the pool area was great. The only downside was the lack of parking for the guests. They do have golf cart shuttles but it would be nice to be able to park next to your unit.

Close to where you want to be and very comfortabel

We stayed there when we went to Universal studios. We did not use the pools on the property but there were 2 available. We had to make 2 calls for maintenance, and they were promptly fixed and a call for more shampoo and it was quickly sent.. A follow-up call was made after each call was made to make sure that we were satisfied. They did have a shuttle to Universal studio, but we found that it was cheaper for our family to drive an park ourselves at Universal rather than to use the shuttle. Parking is an issue and many lots around the buildings fill up and you have to park near the clubhouse and take a shuttle to and from your room and car.

Great Orlando experience

Great hotel in the Orlando Park Area. We wanted to have the Orlando experience and we certainly did. The property is huge and very very nice, I read some many reviews about hotels in Orlando, did so much research and we were very pleased with our choice.

Even though our room was far from reception we never felt any inconvenience, after reading so many reviews complaining about having to walk so much from lobby to the rooms, I was a bit worried.
We never had a problem with that neither with parking as other reviewers. We found parking just in front of our gate almost every evening.

Check-in took longer than expected, our rooms were not ready but staff helped us with our luggage and we left for the day. Rooms were very comfortable, bed was great. Normal old fashion bathrooms, the same you find in any big American hotel chain. The kitchenette was nice but we weren't long enough to organise ourselves and use it. Check-out was also very smooth, very accommodating.

You receive coupons for Starbucks coffee every morning, however is only normal coffee that you get. We were not impressed about the breakfast options but overall experience was great.

I think I am being kind because I expect perfection from Hilton. One thing I cannot stand is inconsiderate guests and the people in the room next to that were at the top of their game. The hotel is at fault because they did not ensure that the doors between the rooms where adequately insulated against noise. My room had so much space at the bottom of the doors you could almost read a book with the room lights off. I don't think I could risk staying here again as a result. The fact that my call to the desk on the night before departure at midnight whilst trying to sleep for an early 10 AM checkout!!! 10 AM? Really??? What Hotels Boots guests out that early and still doesn't allow checking any earlier than other Hilton properties. They get three stars because of good staff, nice grounds and decent food at their eating spots. Tons of other Hotels with more quiet rooms and staff without taking the risk of noise spoiling the last few nights of a well deserved time off. Make a pass on this property.

Rooms, food and staff are excellent. The experience is very personal. A great value in a beautiful and convenient location whether travelling to Orlando for business, pleasure or both. We will be back.
