Happy with this place. Walking distance (400m) to a large park (Ford), Cranky Cafe on the corner, 15min walk into town. Didn't use the pool, but looks nice. 3br place has very recently been renovated (2br are in dire need!) With small kids, was initially hesitant of the internal stairs - however reception was quick to offer a temporary gate to block access which worked a treat. Should have explored that when i booked rather than trying to squeeze into 2br (we lasted 1 night!) Would give 5 stars yet couch is terribly uncomfortable and our bed was average - tolerable for a night or two but not so much after 6 😐

This apartment complex is well positioned in Fish pen with short walk to beach and playground and a flat walk to town. The pool was warm and well patronized during our stay. Apartments have all you need. Some are available via the website and others through local real estates (Coast real estate). A very pleasant stay.

We booked to stay here as it was advertised on Stayz and had pictures of a park for the kids. Upon arrival we noted that the park was the big park up the street and not on the grounds. The apartment we stayed in was outdated and not worth the money, all we heard were the people above us when they walked around and used the bathroom. No free wifi as advertised. Bbq's were disgraceful and hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long, my wife and I had to scrub the hotplates for 20 mins before using them. The pool was the best part, at least it was warm however, the cover went on at 4pm in the afternoon to keep it warm. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tuscany apartments. The apartment was large and had everything my family required for a week at the coast. The hosts were accomodating to our needs and were welcoming and friendly. The apartment is in a quiet street but walking distance to the local cafe and beach. It is only a 10 minute stroll into Merimbula across the bridge. The pool was nice and the surrounds clean and well kept.

Our family just enjoyed 5 fabulous nights at Tuscany. The apartments are in a great location when visiting Merimbula - the Fishpen - as you have easy access to local cafes, great walks, safe swimming in either the Fishpen or down at the surf beach and there's also a fantastic playground just around the corner. The Apartment is in very good condition, everything works, its well equipped whether in the kitchen or the laundry and the team keep the grounds/place in very good nick - the pool and bbq areas were constantly maintained throughout our visit. Tuscany has everything a family needs during their stay including Foxtel. Some local tips - Bar Beach Kiosk for breakfast or lunch was wonderful - coffee was superb. And you really must think about doing Captain Sponge's Magical Oyster Tour - just down the road at Pambula - first time in my life I've eaten Sydney Rock oysters and I now know why people rave about them - terrific couple of hours well spent. We'll be back for sure.
