Points for efforts, othervise needs an upgrade

1. The restaurant staff is great, they try their best with what they have. Meals were ok.
2. Location is also great, downtown Tuzla, right next to the key institutions.
Cons:
1. Make sure you ask for one of the 40 upgraded rooms. The non-renovated ones are a big no no.
2. The hotel has no facilities such as the gym but there are 2 great ones in the close proximity.

He was once a symbol of luxury, after that it was not so much invested.
Staff is very kind, tries to provide the best possible service.
Our room (apartment) was clean, warm, good furnished. But, sorry to say, the overall feeling is not too good.
Hotel needs changes.
Ideal for smokers
TutaRutaon 10/02/2017 06:44A beautiful hotel, the rooms have large windows which can be fully opened. And you want to get some fresh air in if you are a non-smoker and everything (mattress, chairs, room) have that stale smell of cigarette smoke. You even have an ashtray in the room. Everything else is ok. Nice bathroom, good bad, decent food, good wi-fi. But if you are a non-smoker do check first for a non-smoking policy hotel (if you are able to find one).
In a serious need for restoration
Amira Son 17/01/2017 20:21This hotel was a big deal some 30 years ago but nowadays it is just a fade image of what it used to be. Rooms have old furniture, withour air conditioning. Hotel has several restaurants at the ground level but it seems like no one is eating over there - it is always empty. Except polite staff and good positioning within city center this hotel has no good elements.
This is no place to stay
Anja Pon 27/11/2016 09:26The hotel is horrible. This hotel is no place to stay. This is horrible! It is dirty, stinky and cold. Bathroom cannot be used. Food is also awful. Staff is friendly and polite. Hotel is in the center.
