Erica Jon 17/08/2017 02:27Love this hotel it's like an apartment. Very cool that it has a kitchen and separate living space from the bedroom. Lots of room to move around very swanky not to mention the pool and the gym. Best hotel gym I have ever been. Great location right in downtown Atlanta!
Close to major attractions with a great staff!
GoldenDomeon 02/08/2017 14:57The staff here really understands customer service! Stayed on a family vacation. Booked a one bedroom and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom upon arrival. Facility was very nice and clean. Pool was nice and had a nice pool deck. Location was great, just a short walk to all tourist type places. Certainly a place we would stay again if we are in need of a downtown stay. We especially enjoyed having a balcony to enjoy. Staff was very nice and friendly. Also right next door to a MARTA station if you need to use public transit.

VolPrincess0422on 02/07/2017 19:55My first visit to this establishment and I was in awe! The staff members were incredible! In room breakfast was excellent! Location and proximity to restaurants, shopping, attractions is a huge plus! We will definitely be back and for a longer period of time!
Good location if you want a balcony in Atlanta
SeatOfMyPntsTravelron 01/07/2017 21:25I stay in a different hotel every time I come to Atlanta so I can explore more neighborhoods. Although this hotel is downtown (where I spend the most time), since it's in the "between real Downtown and Midtown" area you get the best of all worlds.
The rooms are 1 bedroom apartments with full kitchens. I liked this hotel better than another Atlanta Twelve property that I've tried.
Swing and a miss
Shane Pon 03/06/2017 23:26The hotel seemed interesting based on the reviews, though there were some issues so we tried to call to ask some questions before we booked. We were put on hold for over 10 minutes. We called back and when they finally answered, we were informed they were busy and had to put us back on hold, even though we asked not to and told them we were already on hold for 13 plus min. If they can't handle the phone lines, how can I expect good service at the facility?
