Keval Von 29/08/2017 16:02I am trying to connect to the hotels number 02141-232143 & 8390909433 for reservations for my holidays for 3N/4D but the hotel staff is not at all interested in taking the calls. The landline number is constantly ringing which no one is answering, and when you call on mobile number for reservation, the guy answers the call and then after listening disconnects the call. Later after multiple call, he doesnt pick ups the phone.
U Tropicana - If you are not interested in taking the bookings or answering any quesy on telephone, kindly remove all the numbers.

durga9422on 29/08/2017 06:11We stayed here on my wife first birthday after the marriage , we reached this resort by 6pm, Check in was in 2 minutes the oreination on the property by front desk team was really nice.
Rooms are too good and specially the food and beverage team service was tooo prompt and also the food quality is dammmmmgood.
Thanks to Mr Russell Gregory to maintain this resort as the best resort which I have seen till yet.
Aweful service for a decent place

Check in delayed by 2 hrs after arriving post standard hours. Restaurant staff is not trained at all and seemed novices. First restaurant where they did not have tomato sauce/ketchup. Limited food menu for vegetarians, and that too is not available.It was a killer to wait 30 min for a cup of tea in buffet breakfast.

Rhn Don 17/08/2017 06:11Been to this place during monsoons. It was pouring and it was pleasant. rooms facing the pool was one of the best. Food was good could have been better. The staff was polite n courteous. Had visited the Hotel with colleagues and we enjoyed a lot.
