We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on level 16. The rooms are very spacious.
The apartment was fully equipped and had comfortable furnishings and beds. The location was perfect as we walked to Pacific Fair and to the restaurants in Broadbeach and to the supermarket in Oasis shopping centre.
The pool area was nice and big and not too busy. We made good use of the bbq area while the kids used the pool. There is also a spa and a toddler pool.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
The only issue we had was that the wifi in our room wouldn't work so we had to use the wifi from the room on level 15. This meant that our wifi connection often dropped out or wouldn't work in some rooms.
We would definitely return here and recommend it to others.

A quiet and peaceful location yet mere moments away from all the amenities and entertainment that the Gold Coast has to offer. Ocean views so close you can spot breaching whales from your balcony! Comfortable, clean and private, what more could you ask for?

We have been coming to Gold Coast for over 15 years and this is our pick. Rooms are great and all have ocean views. Staff (particularly Carolyn) are the stand out - nothing is too much trouble. Late cancelations even resulted in a credit - no other resort would do that!

Lovely modern, clean apartment overlooking the beach in great location, a walk to the main shops and restaurants of Broadbeach, the tram and Pacific Fair. Both bedrooms were a good comfortable size with each having an ensuite. Kitchen was well set out and large balcony was a big bonus. Everything was clean and lounge comfortalbe. Grounds were lovely and we made good use of the lap pool, spa, sauna and gym. Front desk staff were friendly and warm. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Ultra Broadbeach for 6 nights visiting family and friends. The apartment complex is exceptional. From the accommodating staff, to the lovely apartment with magnificent ocean views. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean, with full Miele kitchen and laundry facilities.
Ultra is a short walk to everything including the patrolled beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, casino and Pacific Fair shopping centre. No need to use the car at all during my stay. The staff were also very helpful in accommodating a second car for my husband for 2 nights. The facilities within the complex are great too including a heated lap pool, spa and gym and bbq facilities.
We will definitely be returning!
