Everything they showcase is a lie.
1. They don't have free internet. Even phone signal is not present most of the time.
2. Cash is the only payment mode. I have to go to another ATM to get the cash. No online transaction. Even if you pay via Paytm they ask you to pay extra.
3. They provide wrong location (in Booking.com) to attract the people. Shameless people.
4. The location is too remote, you can't live on only view.
5. Rooms are old, walls are not in good shape. Broken in some places.
6. Room service is really poor. You have to wait long enough to get your request through.
7. If you don't have car with you, then you are in big trouble. Resort keeps me waiting for 2.5 before they arrange some vehicle to pick me up.
8. Not value for money at all. I booked for 3 days, but vacate it within 1 day.
9. No cable channel is there. No staff even give us remote of the TV. Complete nuisance is there.
10. It is written they provide linen towels but reality is it's just cotton towel nothing more than that.

There are lots of bad things happened within one day, can't remember all of them. Basic recommendation is skip this hotel, they ruin you holiday completely.

Abandoned property by the management

Avoid this property to save yourself of the pain and frustration. The once most beautiful property for the finest views of valleys in Kodaikanal, lies in ruins now. With only a boyish manager and the kitchen chef, the place looks like a ghost hotel. Experience was horrible. No electricity backup, no mineral water, no consumables in washroom, we had to use our own. No hot water in the bathroom... The list is endless... I had booked 2 nights... but cancelled it for the following night and shifted to Treebo Abirami. Worst stay of our life.

Hotel is ok, Nice location....Valley view point is Good

When i enterd hotel,,,,,,,,,

Maintanaence is Very Bad.......Room service is not there,,,,,Rooms not clean
No response for intercome,,,,,,,,,,,,inter come not working...in reciption no one is there..if he is there he is very busy he is not sitting reception
Food is worst

My suggestion is there plz dont prefer this hotel Poor service, poor response

I went with my family.AT the reception no body was there.Room service was really bad.Rooms and bathrooms were not in a good hygiene.Staff was not helpful.Main problem is that they don't have enough water.we booked for two days and we cancelled one day.But they didn't refund.because of this we ddin't enjoyed the trip.

Rundown hotel with great view

I'll start by saying that this hotel likely has the best view of any in Kodaikanal, but the pros end there.

It might be that at some point this hotel was a nice property, but it has been left to ruin for a long time. There is seepage everywhere, paint chipping, massive cobwebs and the flooring is coming lose left and right. They seem to have 3 staff members who are constantly on the phone and never actually respond to guests. We had no toilet paper in our room and I asked 3 times before grabbing some out of housekeeping myself. The breakfast is average with a couple option buffet. We didn't bother doing dinner there as it just seemed run down.

Lastly, this hotel is about 3 km from town, so plan on cabbing everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as I imagine there are cheaper options closer to town that have equally good, if not better accommodation.
