The Most Repulsive Hotel
CareMayon 27/03/2016 19:12Please do not stay here, I made that mistake of thinking this would be an ok place. I knew it was older and had some problems but it was still 90 bucks a night so I figured how bad could it be? Awful. The answer is awful. We didn't even stay here because of disgusting it was. Leaking ceilings, overbearing smell of cigarettes, gross sheets, dilapidated furniture, an area with a license plate number carved into the wall(we had a view of the parking lot so don't know what's going on there), and last of all blood streaks on the walls. Do not be fooled, all the pictures online are not what you're in for.

Brookee Jade Kon 17/03/2016 17:20When we arrived we were the only ones in the reception area yet it took 15-20mins for us to check in, she said it was taking longer because she was moving us to a closer room. When we finally went to our room it was actually the furthest away room it could be, so not sure why checking in would take so long!
The hotel was quite run down (parts of the roof and carpet were missing! The room itself was okay, bed and tv was nice and room got cleaned daily, but bathroom was dirty and lots of bugs! Smelt like weed everywhere. The pool was empty. About a $20 taxi ride into downtown. Was not worth the money!

Rebecca Gon 07/03/2016 15:50.I didn't like that the ice bin didn't have a liner ...and the fridge and the blow dryer were dirty it's right on the corner of a busy intersection and it's noisy ...but the bed was comfy.. and the bathroom was clean
Disappointed
Ross Mon 12/12/2015 17:00Disappointed from the beginning when they had no paper record of my reservation. Trusted them when they told me I had not prepayed. So, of course had to request a card reversal which they said they would do the morning of checkout and email me that it had been done. I have yet to receive the email but made a phone call Wednesday to follow up. Was informed that the refund was not processed until Monday. No in room coffee and no lids to carry back a couple of cups from the lobby to our room. Did not really enjoy our stay.

Gigem Ton 26/11/2014 03:04When arriving at the hotel I was curious if I booked the right place. After entering the lobby and being greeted by the General Manager I felt much better about my choice. She was very helpful and had a geniune interest in making me not only feel welcomed, but valued as a guest. My room was clean, the place was safe and I would definitely stay again. By the way, how many times do you travel and the manager remembers your name the next morning during breakfast. Great job to all the staff, my stay was perfect.
