Good Business Hotel
ajay kon 01/03/2017 09:21A well suited hotel for business travelers, The rooms have all the amenities though you may not be able to rate them aesthetically as the decor is very basic. The staff is hospitable. The hotel lacks facilities like swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is good. It is a well located hotel.
Clean rooms... albeit a bit dark
Timothy Jung Si... Yon 18/01/2017 01:21The entire hotel is clean and has a modern feel to it. You'll have to formulate your own opinion on the decor though. I personally found it a little too dark and too distracting at the same time.
Make of the decor what you will, the room itself was well equipped. All the amenities cared for. I also appreciated the counter-top-esque area in the room - it made it easier to unpack.
Bathrooms were clean and an absolute pleasure to use.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Urban Hotel.
Horrible expire nice
Mohamed Son 29/04/2016 13:06Room had a very strong smell, asked for another room but was the same, AC wasn't working, one of the light bulbs were damaged, towels and bedding had a very strong unpleasant smell, and to top it all the location is horrible with minimum to eat for non-Korean, breakfast were horrible too. 1/10
Try to find a different hotel if you can
2-ERLSon 29/04/2016 12:54Stayed here on business, reason wad its location to the business. A very business lik hotel, high rise with only rooms and a minimum restaurant. Rooms were dark and the cleaners need to look closer. There are hundreds of local eating houses near by but not many that are appealing. The breakfast is local style and just adequate if you do not fancy local style.
The towels were clean but had a funny smell. The shower had no curtains so the floor gets flooded.
Overall not a great experience, I have found a better hotel nearby for a little bit more.

I stayed for two days during my maiden visit to S. Korea (30.01.16-01.02.16).
This is my first experience with a 'Smart' hotel. The entire room fitted with smart devices which can be used with just at the flick of a Single Remote whether it is lights, TV or AC.
The room is having all basic service facilities such as Desktop Computer, Free Internet & Wifi connectivity. The USP of the Room was definitely the smart Bathroom which i liked the most.
The Hotel staff are very very warm, well behaved & courteous. I never felt any language problem in this hotel.
Furthermore, the hotel offers buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food in offering to choose amongst.
Overall stay experience was excellent.
I will definitely look forward to stay again in this hotel.
