Worst hotel, just a namesake 3 star
sneha pon 13/06/2017 21:19I visited here as my in-laws had booked a suite for me n my husband - first night after wedding. This hotel ruined my special night, with temperature of 45 Celsius, the AC of the executive suite was not working. After repeated complaints they told us to change rooms in the middle of my first night.
The worst and dumb manager and staff. I saw the tariff of the suite which was close to 5k per night and we had the worst experience with AC not working and under-efficient staff. Disgusted at this hotel, it should be closed down immediately and should be fined for charging such hefty amount for pathetic namesake 3 star services.
Best hotel to stay
princejcon 29/12/2016 08:32Utkal Continental makes our trip more pleasant.The ambiance,services from manager to room service boys are all friendly.The name "Continental" provides large number of choices for food..As we are vegetarian, we also get Jain food. Thank you UC. Waiting for our next business trip.

Sumit Lon 26/09/2016 06:57it is an average 3 Star property. Rooms is nice and clean, Bathroom little outdated. Buffet Breakfast has good options but service very slow. Other pros are 24 hours check out policy and free pick up drop off.
Best place to stay in Jharsuguda
tnmychttrjon 24/09/2016 00:04I have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks in September 2016. This property is a new build and well maintained. It is situated outside town. Free pickup drop to railway station is available. Rooms are good and having a small balcony. Hotel is clean. Foods are good but it takes time to serve. Better you order food in room service as waiting in restaurant needs patience. Hotel staffs are good.
Cons: Bar is there but overpriced. Swimming pool is good but needs better maintenance. Wifi service is poor. Room service people sometimes need several calls.
Tips: Single bed rooms are available if you are on budget tour and travelling single.
The best hotel in the city
AmyBadleon 04/07/2016 03:26Wr had been staying in the hotel for approx a week. The hotel has tremendously impoved from the last time I visited it.
The rooms are too specious, neat, clean and tidy. The hotel staff is also too courteous and helpful. We always had different type of food requirements ciz of Jain food. However, the chef of the hotel always provuded us good quality food with the variations desired. They have finally started 24 hrs room service, which is a very welcome step for the guests. The ambiance of the hotel is also good. It feels nice when you enter the hotel pathway of which is full of greenery and flowers. Overall the hotel has got nice experience for us during our entire stay.
