Extremely displeased with the hospitality.

My agent confirmed the booking and paid the cash. The reservations team was not aware that it's owner had rented the property for wedding and they cancelled my reservation and returned back the money. Had I cancelled my reservation they would have penalised me. But the hotel being unprofessional didn't even offer to book us else where or apologies for the inconvenience. A very shameful act. Would never recommend anyone to this hotel who doesn't care for its customers and take them for granted.

Village Machaan : A Home Away From Home

It was one of the best holidays that we have had in recent times primarily because of the Resort ambience and the staff hospitality.

My uncle is differently abled so we were unsure about the facilities and service for abled person before reach, But Great service provided by the village machaan team to my uncle. All the facilities are available in the resort for physically challenged guest.

Family safari trip

Hi all. I visited this on from 1st to 4th June 2017.I stayed here with my parents and my husband and 5 yrs old son. We took 2 rooms. In my parents room the bed was broken and supported by bricks. We had to change it as there were lot of nails too bad as being senior citizens my parents would have got hurt. Rooms are big, bathroom is very specious. One more big concern, there are lot of big size bugs. Very annoying. They keep coming. Also lot of them are very new bugs maybe directly from Jungle. It includes lizards, big size spiders, flying bugs too. And few of them I can't name as have seen 1st time. I was very worried as I had my 5yr old son with us. Food is good. Big swimming pool but it had too much chlorine in it. As our skin got burned and peeled off. Also there should be a small separate pool for kids as it has only for adults. Staff is very polite. But for every service you needs to be behind them. Price is too much. It should not be more than 4k.

Barbeque Night

Barbeque night and swimming pool. Nothing can beat these 2 things. Sunny winter mornings call for swimming pool and barbeque in evening with some drinks.

Family and kids enjoyed the safari and rest of us our Machaan's.

Very nice place to stay at Pench National Park

Very well maintained cottages with hygiene. Staff is friendly and go beyond expectations to make your stay comfortable. Food quality is excellent. Especially I would like to mention water, as we found it good quality water and we didn't even hesitate to give it to our kids as well. The packed breakfast for morning safaris a great service by resort. Thank you for same.

It's near to Tulia/Turia Gate and that makes it convenient.

General Imp tip for Safaries at Pench (and Kanha & Bandhavgarh as well): make online booking of your safaries well in advance to avoid last minute challenges at ticket counters.
