Ashley Son 31/03/2017 20:10The lady that cleans my room , she is always nice and I just love her. All the front desk staff are wonderful , they always assist me with anything, even if it's as simple as TP!! It truly feels like home .

Great place
Susan Pon 05/12/2016 19:51The staff is friendly and on point!! Never had any issues that wasn't addressed and handled quickly and efficiently!! I work long hours so sleep is what I want and I get it here. Any noise issue is minimal and usually after a big football game which is to be expected. I have zero complaints...I have stayed in other extended stay style hotels and Value Place is where I choose.
Place to lay your head
Michelle Mon 05/11/2016 20:04Noise from guests was disturbing. This place was a place to sleep. Checked in late. If you are looking for long term place to stay this place is it. Kitchenette and counter space. Looking for a good night's rest? Not sure this is it.
Would have been better at Motel 6
Misty Ton 09/10/2016 15:44We stayed overnight after the Hogs game Friday night . We choose this Hotel because of the price point and good reviews from Trip Advisor however, our experience was negative . The room was out dated, beds was hard, room and facility was some what clean. Management seemed uncaring or unwilling to address problems .At 1 o'clock in the morning we had to call management because There was a loud group playing music on the back Parking lot. It took 2 more phone calls to the desk before anything was done about it. Then as other guest starting getting up 430 am you could hear every shower , toilet flush and. conversation being had. I'm not sure about you but I knew we were not staying at a luxury resort but I expect clean rooms, somewhat quiet atmosphere , hot shower, and feel rested when I wake in the morning. Value Place was none of these things. My advise, save your money, drive on to the next town.
